@Ieva Rituma Thank you for your response. We match paid invoices in mixed payments according to the bank statement the next day when the payments have been done. You mean to create a dummy invoice through manual supplier invoice, add 0 to gross ammount and save it? Should we add the PO number to PO reference after the manual supplier invoice has been saved or before saving? “Match that with the PO receipt, and add manual posting with credit to the costs (where the first invoice was coded). You will have cleared the GRNI and credited the extra costs this way.”Sorry but I don´t fully understand what you´re getting at 100%. Please, could you dive more into it please? We create the PO for materials which have part numbers within IFS. I don´t know that. We are suing IFS10
Hi Thomas, Thank you for your response. This is the screenshot of the combination of rules of ID14. The previous first and the second screenshots are related. I tried to play in a intercompany invoice under the CORP_IC user group got the first screenshot error message. I created a new supplier group for that particular supplier and I changed & saved it to the new one. After I did that, only then I received the second error message when I tried to register an intercompany invoice under CORP_IC user group.I also send a screen of posting control tab. We want to register the intercompany invoice under CORP_IC user group as they get different voucher numbers. It is important to us.

Hi @Narmada I went to the ´Supplier payment rollback´ window and I couldn´t find the invoices. All I got is ´No data found´ message.
Hi @ShawnBerk & @lisvse Thank you very much for your responses Quickest easiest way is to just cancel the Preliminary Invoice and start again. Otherwise, you can add the line, but you’ll need to reconnect to the receipt. Cancelling a preliminary invoice takes much less time than any other version in my opinion. Is it possible to connect the receipt in posting proposal somehow? I mean, is there a function for it, when the goods are received and registered in ´Register Purchase Order Arrivals´ tab is there a function to connect it to posting proposal? We don´t want to cancel the invoice, we´d cancel it if there is no other way. Hi! One way is to re-enter the Po ref in the head and save. As 2nd option you can RMB and do manual matching. Third is as already mentioned to cancel and redo. /Linda I added a line in posting proposal and I tried to type in the original content of that line but I got this error message instead. It didn´t allow me to type in the number of the PO,
Hi gumabs, Thank you for your well-detailed explanation on how to resolve this issue. I did as you mentioned. I went into ´Authorize Invoices for payment´ tab, there I searched the invoice number which was in Posted status. Then I clicked in the ´Authorized´ checkbox and saved it. I went back into ´Supplier invoices analysis´ tab, there I hit a refresh and the invoice status from Posted has changed to PostedAuth. Thank you again, it saved us a lot of headaches.
