Sayeef here.I will answer this question from a core CAMRO solution perspective.While there is no way to open Tasks on Shop Floor Workbench against individual Shop Order Operations, we can use the “Assign Employee/Team” button to notify individual technicians of their specific operations.The solution described below will also aid MRO compliance. It will ensure the MRO assigns only those specific technicians who belong to the same labor class and meet all qualification profile requirements (competencies and certificates).First, we will click on the operation in Shop Floor Workbench or the Operations tab of Shop Order. Without clicking on the operation, this button will not appear on the screen. Hi Bruno,I know Timestamp team have already discovered the answer, but simply sharing for the rest of the community:In the core IFS software, there is no way to restrict Labor Classes to Work Centers.This can be resolved through a simple customization where all valid Labor Classes that belong to a certain Work Center are added as a custom “Labor Class” tab under the “Work Center” page. This involves creating a Custom Logical Unit for labor classes.Next, a Custom Event ensures that only Labor Classes that exist on the Custom Logical Unit can be connected to fields such as Labor Class & Setup Labor Class.Kind Regards,Sayeef
Hi Johnny,It is possible to record multilple measurements per MRO Shop Order Operation by attaching that operation to a Manufacturing Control Plan.The user can set Manufacturing Control Plans to mandatory, ensuring no operation is closed without registering measurements in a Control Plan Analysis. If the measurements are Out of Specification, a Non Conformance Report can be generated to schedule & execute a corrective action.If the user wishes to register measurements while receiving the engine prior to disassembly, a Purchasing Control Plan can be set up. These inspection results and measurements are captured from the Arrival Receipt screen as part of the Control Plan Analysis.Do let me know if you have more questions - Thanks!Sayeef

Hello Shivam, IFS Cloud allows you to select favorite records by the use of a heart icon. Further, on the bookmarks bar, you can select different icons for easy access to different pages. e.g. an Airplane Icon for an Aviation Complex MRO Shop Visit page.Further you can add icons in IFS Lobbies to indicate status of Boolean Fields. However, we do not support emojis in standard text fields and other special symbols for favorite records.Cheers,Sayeef
Hello,There is a notification bell icon on most IFS Cloud / Aurena pages. We can use it to set up Tasks to directly ping another User. The assigned user (the Assignee) will be able to check the task through his Notifications. Also both users can see the task progress in their respective My Tasks page.Best Regards,Sayeef

Hello Gentlemen,Unfortunately it seems APPS10 UPD11 does not allow attachment of videos.After the Video media item type is selected, I get a greyed out Browse button too. There is a way to access the Browse function by hovering over the area and right clicking to get the following optionsThis still does not solve the initial problem, however. As you can see the allowed file types only show Image file types in the screenshot below For a sanity check, verified that the image, text and audio file types can be accurately attached. As stated previously by Matt, all listed file types are supported including the various video formats.Suggested Workaround - using document attachments rather than media attachments for videos. Hello, In Labor and Operation History Window:WIP Build up represents the cost accumulated on that operation so far due to Work in Progress (WIP). When the user reports and closes the operation, the total cost accumulated should equal the WIP Build Up. Has Transferred Postings column indicates that the operation line costs have been transferred to a Customer Order. The Customer Order may already be invoiced or waiting to be invoiced. If the cost has not been transferred yet, the column will be uncheckedI am unsure why non-zero WIP Build Up values are creating an error. After trial in a presales env, it seems to be working alright. Hoping someone else has further suggestions!My hunch - the errors may be created in accounting window because these transactions have already been posted for Invoice
