Reconciliation Process Customer schedule

Hi,We experience the similar behaviour (app10 upd17) but with the odd twist of the system not deducting the correct amount. In the example below I have 48 pcs in transit, no backorder line on the schedule and then the system deducts 2 pcs per call off line. Is this a bug? It would make sence if the first line in the scedule is completely deducted but not 2 pcs per line, right? @EmmaE did you have the same issue? Did you solve it? @AHMET.GULTEKIN do you have any thoughts about the issue we are experiencing? Regards,Josefin

Hi @lisvse and @Jan T , Do you have an update of this issue? We installed patch 166294 from the solution you mentioned and now we do not get the invoice loaded twice, but still get the error of plug-in missing and the preview section of the invoice is not loading. Do you know if there are any complementary bugs for this fix? Regards,Josefin

Why does MRP Safety Stock Replenishment run late?

Hi @majose , Thank you for your quick response! It is very appreciated. The issue for us is that we are working a lot with Distribution Orders, material commitments and safety stock. The scenario above makes perfect sense if you are working with a make to order process and no material commitments to your customers.We have material commitments to our customers (hence wanting safety stock levels to be filled asap as they drop below target level, regardless of demand or not) and the supplier (another site in our own organization in this case) have in most cases the parts we want to purchase on stock as well. The lead time we have entered in the system is a lead time that applies if the supplier need to manufacture the parts, but as mentioned the lead time does not have to be this long. In the newly developed functionality we always get the exact lead time, and it will never trigger asap demand that we 9 out of 10 times can meet. Can you please let me know when this change was applied? Was

Why does MRP Safety Stock Replenishment run late?

Hi @majose We experience a similar issue as above and have some questions.When in time was the functionality of the tick box “Plan Safety Stock Receipt considering MRP Run Date” changed? We went from app10 upd5 to upd17 in June and have after this experienced that this check box has (from our point of view) stopped working.Previously it was called “Plan Safety Stock Receipt on MRP Run Date” and the system calculated backwards to refill safety stock asap as soon as it went below safety stock level. Today it places a new purchasing demand on the date it is below safety stock level + purchasing lead time. This causes a lot of issues for us with safety stock levels far below the accepted level, mainly for parts with long lead times and inconsistent call offs from customer. I’ve checked through the Enhancements Spreadsheet for the updates that is relevant for us but cannot see this as a documented change. Is this an intended change and if so, why was there a functional change and planning

Hi, We have installed patch 166294 and it does not solve our issue. It solved a part of the issue where Adobe was crashing and reopening PDFs twice, but not the error of plug-in missing..Is there any other patches related to this?

No result for Tolerance Check on Customer Schedule

@Pilar Franco FYI, I continued testing this today and discovered that there need to be a Customer Schedule that has been manually tolerance checked for the automatic process to give a result. After I had done it manually I could set the agreement back to automatic and then everything worked. So a pre requisite for this functionality is that there needs to be a Released, manually tolerance checked schedule to base the automatic function on. A bit buggy behavior but at least a work around. @Pilar Franco Hi,Thank you for your quick feedback! I checked all of the above and everything looks OK. The schedule is within tolerance. The strange thing is that this is giving a result in our Test environment but not in Prod which makes it unlikely to be a bug, because they have the same installation.

Supplier Schedule Lines 40 Million Records

Hi Charana, You can in the Supplier Schedule Agreement Part set a number of schedules you would like to save. Once you reconcile a new schedule for the part where you have enetered a value, all other schedules than the number you have specified will be deleted. This will however only work for the schedules where you still have activity.

Delivery Route for every two weeks for Customer Orders

Hi Fredrik, Almost :)I’ve been looking in to the documentation and also old bug and solutions but cannot find the answer to my question. The issue we have when bundling shipments is that the Planned Delivery Date on the DO is directly reflected to the PO which gives a mismatch of 12 days in this matter. Everything looks good on the CO and the DO, but creates issues in the PO.In real life, the goods are being shipped 2022-11-10 according to the Delivery Route, the Transport Lead Time is 100 and therefor the Planned Arrival Date on PO should be Planned Ship Date + 100 days (2023-02-19). On the demand site, the PO has Planned Arrival as the DO Planned Delivery Date + 100 which is incorrect as the delivery is controlled by a Delivery Route and shipped earlier than actually needed, to fit the route schedule.Planned Ship Date is moved 12 days ahead in time due to a Delivery Route that is applied - correct behavior.In the PO their is no way to see that the goods will actually arrive 12 days

Hi @Fredrik Johansson LKP We have the same “issue” here but with the slight change of the need to ship once a month (boat deliveries from Europe to Latin America). We have used the second set up you suggested and added a Transport Leadtime in the Supply Chain Matrix for Site as this is internal trade, carried out via Distribution Orders.It looks good from one site but not the other.We do get the needs bundled on the dates stated in the route, and everything looks good from the Supply Site perspective, but the PO on the Demand Site get Planned Arrival Date as the Planned Receipt Date entered in the DO header, and not according to the calculated Planned Ship Date (chosen from the Delivery Route Schedule) + Transport Leadtime. This gives a miss match when the demand site can actually expect the delivery to arrive. The Planned Arrival Date should be 2022-10-13+100days = 2023-01-21 right? Is the routes not applicable in combination of delivery leadtime and DO? Or do we have to make another

Hi, Thanks for your answer. But then I am wondering, why can we then define how many schedules we want to keep? The help text says Old Plans To Keep:This optional field indicates how many superseded versions of plan schedules should be kept for history. If no value is entered, all past schedules are kept. To me this indicates that schedules will be removed by the system in someway?
