Hi Uthpala, We are in 21R2 and using Service ENg App. We have now set ‘SERVICE_REQUEST_FOR_NEW_WORK’ app parameter to false and now we can see the new work tile. Thank you very much
Hi @skullk Sampath,In our case, even though the mobile users are connected to one site, they do travel a lot. So having the public holidays connected to each site is beneficial to them as they are not aware of the holidays of other countries (sites) Sorry for the late response.

Thanks for the clarification @Ibrahim Naazir
Hi @skullk, Thanks for your explanation. However, from the mobile user point of view, whether the user will complete /incomplete the assignment the work that needs to be done for the specific work assignment is over. Then the users should have the ability to handle the both scenarios in the same way. Otherwise it is an inconsistency in the app. Do you think if it is okay to report a case, so that we can discuss this in detail`?Thanks!/Nethmi
Thank you very much!

Hi @skullk, Thank you! The plan is to Remove the Pool task from IFS cloud. Because it would be problematic if the Service Engineer remove the pool task from the pool mistakenly.However, is it possible to make this keep pool task toggle un-editable from mobile? Best Regards,Nethmi
Hi @skullk , Unfortunately, is seems it is not possible via PD Best Regards,Nethmi
@skullk Thank you very much!
Hi, You can do this by using a workflow configuration and in the workflow configuration disable cancel and incomplete actions. But why do you need to remove complete button as well?
Have you tried disabling Actions related to Report In category in the workflow configuration.
