I am in Apps 10 so this may not apply to Apps 9. Are you using the create proposal/pay order to apply the netting? Do you already have the events sending pay advice to the supplier?
I am not as familiar with Apps 9 but have you tried adding a line to the customer order?
Is there a default email address in the customer communication tab? We have set this up with an event and it routes the pdf print file. Depending on the outgoing mail server, you may need help from your IT department as well.
Does IFS have a canned 1099 report that can be sent as year end tax document/s to suppliers?
Hello, IFS Community!! My name is Christy Perdue, a Business Architect with Corning Data. Prior to last year, I had spent most of my career in the steel industry (operations, supply chain & finance) and by happenstance, have spent nearly 1/3 of my career involved in some level of ERP implementation. IFS was my 3rd ERP implementation many years ago (prior to 7.5) and by far has been my favorite ERP system to work with. Hi- Which version are you in? Which screen are you using to match invoices?
From my understanding, when the ‘tax control’ was separated in IFS10, it changes the way the system handles tax. It could be a few settings that would not have been available in prior versions. A few that come to mind … On the Company/Tax Control/General, have you selected the checkbox to make the tax percent editable? There are also tax options on the Company/Tax Control/Invoice tab you may want to test. You should be able to control the GL by altering the correlated posting control or project re/pre-posting. You may have already explored the above options. Let me know if you have and still need more ideas. I can continue looking at basic data. BEST- Christy
From the pay format screen you can uncheck the pay advice single print option. Regards-
To clarify - are these customer invoices or supplier invoices? Are these migrated projects or new V10 projects? Kindly-
If it is the same customer/s you want to exclude, can you manage it either by installment type or priority?
Question regarding functionality - is there an option to only upload cashed checks rather than uploading the statement? Thank you!
