I am able to receive the PO with the same SN that was delivered to the customer but I still cannot reserve the SN on the PO line. Purchase Order Trans supply code on CO should normally mean manual purchasing. Yet when CO is not released yet (thus purchase requisition not yet generated), the lines are fetched by PMRP system. Hi @RajanKhatri7,Here's a checklist for you.A- Check whether the internal customer and internal supplier are correctly defined in the sites according to your requirement.B- Check whether the Supplier for the Purchase part is the intended supplier and internal supply site (easy to check in external CO line, for Supplier and Supply Site)C- Check the Message Setup for both Customer and Supplier. Mandatory Message Classes should be there. (Check the screenshot in first reply)D- When the PO is created, check whether the 'Sent' box is ticked in PO header.(If not, message is not sent. Try resending by RMB PO header > Send order)E- Now check the Connectivity Outbox and make sure the Outgoing message is in status Accepted. That will not work because the customer is returning the part so the SN will always already exist. I find it interesting that there is a check for if SN exists when the SN is reserved but not when it is received into inventory on the arrival. But what if I wanted to know quantities showing for the entire warehouse. It will take forever to look each item up one by one. You can use Warehouse Navigator for this. If you can take a sum of the required column, you can find the total. Date element is also there.
@Vimukthi Mahakumbura Here, created date is the transaction date. You can use column “On hand quantity after transaction” that shows exact on hand quantity for that day. Thanks, I agree! :) Maybe then @idolh can use a Custom Object to view the Warehouse in the line.
You can use “Inventory part on hand development” window to track on hand quantities based on days. Hi, the PO needs to be in Released, Confirmed or Stopped status to be able to remove the project connection and for those PO lines that has not been match we could then cancel the receipt to get it to Released status and then remove the project connection. But in many cases some of the qty of the order line has been match to an invoice so the order line can never get back to Released status. Hi @NovPetraN , In the initial description, you stated “purchase order lines that should not be matched”, so isn’t this matched receipts are incorrect anyways? If yes, I think you can remove the matched lines. Even if payments have been received, I think you can rollback and remove the incorrectly matched receipts.

Hi, We are on Apps 10 and I have only been working with IFS for 6 months so I don’t have a lot of experience. Yes, I saw there is a background job running “ Auto Issue Material Requisitions for POxxxx….” and an Event Action ‘Auto_Issue_Mat_Req_Line”. Both are questions that I’m not sure about: A- why only 5 units were automatically issued AND B- why 20 units were not automatically issued. Hello, In my case, I have 1 site in which I have a normal warehouse and a remote warehouse. It happens that I have an article that is in both the normal warehouse and the remote warehouse. I can use the transport task to refill the remote warehouse from the normal warehouse. I used the remote warehouse to materialize the store part of our warehouse. Hi!I don't think there's a problem with the on hand qty being 24.I think what we should understand is,A- why 5 units were automatically issued orB- why 20 units were not automatically issued. According to your description it seems that, B is the problem for you. Maybe due to some reason some units are not automatically issued even though they're reserved. Or could be a bug. So can you think of any reason to support B? Also mention your app version. Thanks.
IFS10 upd6 The customer has project connected non-inventory purchase order lines that should not be matched due to bad references on invoice etc the cost has already been booked, they then manually close the PO stating nothing more will be invoiced. When running the unfinished activity works the customer gets “Some object is reporting committed cost to the activity. Analyze which object that reports committed cost.” Since the company is setup to not create postings for receipts of non-inventory part the committed cost will stay as committed on the project until the PO is matched to an invoice or the project connection is removed as I understand it. Some order lines have been partly match so the arrival cannot be cancelled, is there an easy way to be able to close the project/activity? (I guess after creating a dummy invoice (0,10 SEK) and match the PO and book a minus cost with the same project code string the activity could be closed but the would be a very cumbersome process since

Hi,Have you Hi everybody! We are having trouble with finding a solution for internal transports within production. We want to notify the dedicated forklift driver when a WIP is ready to be transported from a work center to another within IFS. We were not able to solve the issue with ‘transport task’ because it’s a WIP. The forklift is equipped with a IFS computer so we also considered using ’quick report’ to form a list that shows all work centers and their current status, but this solution also has its problems. Hi @SMcLees , When the company is a non-posting proposal company, it is possible to amend the PO Ref even after the invoice is posted. In such a scenario, the above 'Question’ message does not appear when we add a PO Ref with a different payment term. I have checked this in the latest Apps 10 core environment and the behavior is the same. So this could be a bug in the system.
