Error Message when processing a RMA

We are experiencing this on 2 RMAs currently, 721 and 1048. (please check the image for the error) - The commonality between the 2 RMAs is that they were processed as a Return to a different Site than the originating RMA (Original Order was placed in ST003; return being sent to ST001).- The originating RMA 720 and 1047 were set up and linked to the customer order the parts were sold under. I just tried to receive in the parts under 721 with a different lot number and was received in Successfully. We will now have to manually adjust the inventory to reflect the correct lot number which is not ideal, but the RMA can be credited.What’s the reason behind this error?

Part Availability check not updating Planned delivery/ship date

In our DEV or TEST environments Create a customer order for a make to order part Example: Site: MEX Sales Part: 3501-BDLP-95 Sourcing Option = Shop Order Manufacturing Lead time = 4 days Site Picking Lead time = 2 days Customer order O322431 entered in MEX site for customer 12290 Wanted Delivery Date = 10/20/23 Line entered for 3501-BDLP-95, Qty 1 Upon saving the line a popup message appears stating: “Due Date earlier than today’s date. Earliest possible delivery date is 10/27/23”. This calculation would be correct based on the mfg and picking lead time. However, on the customer order line the Planned Delivery Date and Planned Ship Date both state “10/20/23”. So it appears the availability check is calculating the earliest date correctly but is not updated the customer order line with that date. This is standard functionality and has been for years (apps9 and 10). It is required and very important to have accurate planned delivery and ship dates.Is there a new setti

Distribution and manufacturing Postings - Not Balanced transactions

Three inventory transactions showing in Distribution and Manufacturing Postings Analysis with status code 99, description NotBalanced.Review of the inventory transactions show they are missing accounting posting rows. Customer is unable to find a method to add the missing data to balance the transactions.Customer confirmed there have been NO changes to our inventory posting controls.How do we correct these unbalance transactions?

Creation of Consolidated Pick Lists displays Cancelled or Planned Customer Orders.

Navigate to Create Consolidated Picklist for Customer Orders Select List of Values for Order No Some Order Numbers presented will be Cancelled and/or Planned This occurs anytime the user attempts to Create a Consolidated Picklist for Customer Orders.

Condition code setting to default

When a new inventory part is added in a customer order line, the condition code by default is being set to "Normal" in the new 23R2 upgraded version(CFG).Couple of questions 1. What is the significance of the newly introduced condition code?2. Does removing this condition code from the basic data, create issues in any of the existing modules? UIsers do not want the default to be set to Normal.

Register Arrivals is giving an Error

Go to register arrivals and filter by "Source Ref Type" equal to "Return Material Authorization" and click search.Choose any one of them and click "Receive Parts against Order Deliveries". A pop up window appears and you can choose which material and quantity you want to return.It doesn't matter if you choose the quantity on the RMA or less than the quantity on the RMA, it give you the error shared below.

PO Matching Error- Index was outside the bounds of array

We are following these steps step 1. create manual supplier invoice,step 2. fill in PO Ref field with PO # ….,step 3. Right click in header and select purchasing and then "March PO Receipts".step 4. click match all and then OK. then error pops up.

Can't upload pictures from iPhone but download works

Can't upload pictures from iPhone (CRM Companion 10 app v 1.8) but download works - sales reps can't upload pictures taken on their iphone (iOS 16.1.1 on iPhone 13 Pro Max to IFS APPS10 UPD 15. In the screenshot below, you see the 3 files related to the customer record. Notice the first one was downloaded successfully from IFS to the mobile app. The other 2 files failed to be uploaded properly to IFS Apps 10 and subsequently failed to be downloaded when the user tried to view the documents.In the screenshot below, you see the 3 files related to the customer record. Notice the first one was downloaded successfully from IFS to the mobile app. The other 2 files failed to be uploaded properly to IFS Apps 10 and subsequently failed to be downloaded when the user tried to view the documents.In IFS APPS 10, 3 documents are shown under the customer record, but the 2 files uploaded from Mobile cannot be viewed. Only the 1 file that was directly added through IEE is viewable.

RMA Return from Address Customer Name not coming over when using New Case Assistant

When using the new Case Assistant wizard, the Customer's name is not coming over from the hand over reference. When creating the RMA directly from the Order Line, the Customer's name does show on the RMA Address tab.

Erroneous Looking Demand

Issue appears to stem from orphaned demand that is being left in the Logical Unit "Pegged Supply Demand" in the view "&AO.PEGGED_SUPPLY_DEMAND_EXT". Once we manually cleared those orphaned records, the demand disappeared.It looks like that table is getting skipped by any cleanup jobs after you turn off the "MS Level 1" forecast for that part.My question is why is this not getting cleared, or is this a MRP issue that is not clearing the pegged demand?Is there any steps to clear this demand qty?

Cannot Undo Customer order delivery if a package part exists in any of the lines connected to the shipment

When you try to undo a customer order delivery once the shipment is “Completed” e.g. ready to be invoiced, if a package part exists in any of the lines connected to the shipment, you get the below error:

Total delivered quantity field getting null in the delivery note analysis window.

In certain delivery notes, the field total delivered quantity becomes null? What is the reason behind this?Is there any connection to do with the customer sales quantity in customer order line?

What are the process steps to change the Current Position of a Part Serial?

The customer has a piece of equipment that is used in house for cleaning other equipment. That piece was purchased on a PO line as Company Owned.The Current Position of this piece is In Inventory.Please advise how to set this part in In Facility and not in the Inventory Part in Stock.How should they need to proceed in future when buying equipment that will be used by them instead of rented/sold?

PO authorization issues.

Once a PO has been released and the authorization fetched, a change (add tax) can be made to the PO, increasing the value which is not retriggering the fetching of authorization. Leaving a situation where the only approver cannot approve to PO amount. How can I rectify this?
