Cannot Undo Customer order delivery if a package part exists in any of the lines connected to the shipment

When you try to undo a customer order delivery once the shipment is “Completed” e.g. ready to be invoiced, if a package part exists in any of the lines connected to the shipment, you get the below error:

As I am the owner of this ticket I will add that if we undo customer order delivery for just an inventory part shipment, the shipment goes to “Complete” with a next step of “Deliver”. If it’s only a package part then the shipment status goes back to “Preliminary. If I have a mixed shipment of both package parts and inventory parts, I can’t undo shipment and I get the above error.

@Vimukthi Mahakumbura Yes. And I found a bug which is on opened state. Will be requesting a swarming session.
