When using the new Case Assistant wizard, the Customer's name is not coming over from the hand over reference.  When creating the RMA directly from the Order Line, the Customer's name does show on the RMA Address tab.

 

 

Hi @Hashane Bolonne ,

You have used the single occurrence in your customer order and when you create a RMA from the case system is getting the details from the default delivery address of the customer and not considering the  address changes done in the customer order. But this address change are considered when you create RMA from the customer order.

This seems like a bug and you can report this to IFS through support case.
