Dear Community, We have in issue with Apps10 Projections, and maybe some of you faced the same issue previously. We did the following tests:Boomi connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Boomi connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling') => failed Postman connection to int API (“…/int/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => works well Postman connection to main API (“…/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/AllProjections.svc/Projections(ProjectionName='PurchaseOrderHandling'”) => failed Worked with Postman: Failed in Boomi: Failed in Postman: Previously we had an other test environment and we didn’t realize the same issue. Dear Community, Have anyone seen that error when we try to open an attached file from IFS EE Apps8? When I checked the check out folder, it looks the attachment file was not created. It looks EE are not able to create the file there. But the test environment is able to create the file and open it without any issue. This happens in every client machine, not just in only a few. Dear Community, I would like to ask from you, do you know which Apps 10 API projection can create Purchase Order header and line? We checked some projections in API Explorer (included PurchaseOrdersHandling) but we didn’t find which has “Invoke action Create” or something like that. Dear Community, Maybe you have some ideas for our small issue. We are using Apps10 UPD14.We have some email sending event actions, but not all the time we have “To:” email addresses (coming from substitution field: &EMAIL_SENDER_ADDR). If there is no value in the &EMAIL_SENDER_ADDR the Application message status will be Failed because no To: address. Question is: how can I tell the event action, it should perform the event only if the &EMAIL_SENDER_ADDR IS NOT NULL? Can I use e.g.: = ‘%’ or LIKE ‘%’ or do you know any trick? Dear Community, We would like to retrieve Supplier information from Apps10 with Dell Boomi. We tried to use SupplierHandling projection and we have already found a lot of fields but we couldn’t find how we can retrieve: Communication methods (where communication method is e-mail and it is default) Delivery terms. Dear IFS Community, Currently we have an inhouse developed solution for download from ECB webpage and upload to our IFS the daily European Central Bank currency rates. We are looking for an other more robust and fail proof solution for that. I asked IFS but they directed me to here. Do you know if IFS has any standard embedded solution? Dear Community, We try to build new interfaces with Dell Boomi, but we faced some strange issues with the connection. We have a connection to access several projections of the IFS10 (e.g., ActivityIntegration, EmployeesHandling ) When we run the Dell Boomi process sometimes, our configuration just works without any issue: Sometimes, however, we receive error messages when we run the exactly same process. The error messages differ from time to time: [403] Forbidden [401] Unauthorized When there is an error, we always receive proper error messages from the IFS server. The network connection therefore seems to be OK and stable. The behavior is the same for different IFS10 projections. We tried 3 different IFS users. When it is working, it is working with all 3 users, when it is not working, it is not working with all 3 users.Do you have any idea or thoughts how can we resolve or trace this issue? Dear Community, We have a process related question / issue which belongs to IFS Apps8 and IFS Apps10. I tried to find answer in different places but unfortunately we are stuck, so I hope you have any idea. We had the following process in IFS Apps8 and we continue to doing this in Apps10, but it looks - currently it is not working neither in Apps8 nor in Apps10: We transfer the subsidiary’s opening balances to e.g.: 2024 period 0 from COMP1(subsidiary) company to GROUP (parent) company.During the transfer, it looks the balances are transferring, but there is no amounts for year 2024 period 0 (opening balances) in GROUP company in GL Balance Analysis window.Process:Create the Subsidiary Consolidation in company: COMP1 for year-per: 2024-0 in Financials - Consolidation\Consolidated Accounts\Subsidiary Consolidations window switch company to GROUP. Dear Community, I looked through in the community and in the Tech docs but I couldn’t find answer to my question, so maybe you can help me. Do you know any way to “hide” the IFS admin (/admin) landing page in Apps10 (UPD14)?About the current structure: currently everyone van reach the regular landing page and the /admin landing page in our network. When we need to log in to App server, from our personal device we need to RDP to a “jumphost” and from that jumphost, we need to RDP to the App server. Main goal is, everyone should reach the regular landing page from the personal devices, and reach the regular and the admin landing page from the jumphost or the app server itself only. We solved this in case of IFS MWS Console because that is in an other port so we can restrict that, but how can we manage this regarding the /admin landing page which is in the same port? Dear Community, We encounter an issue during the IFS Installation in our upgrade project:We are upgrading from IFS 8 to 10 following steps are followed for the upgrade.- Take backup of PROD (Oracle 11g)- Import this export to the new App10 DB (Oracle 19c)- Complete the DB upgrade and fix any SYS invalids.- Run IFS Upgrade on the upgraded DB.The issue is:The process gets hanged on the step 'Component DOP is ready'. A SELECT Statement as per the screenshot attached keeps on running for more than 15hrs and after this is complete, installer does not continue beyond this point.There are no error logs created as well. Dear Community, We try to connect IFS Apps10 Purchase Order and Lines to Dell Boomi via API calls. We would like to create PO Lines in Apps10 with Boomi, and everything works fine only 2 things are missing. We would like to send: Pre-Posting information for PO line (code part b) Project connection information to PO Line (activity level)Our issue is we didn’t find the projection what we should use.
