IFS to zebra printer label

Hi , we have requirement of printing Label from IFS apps 10.we need to develop new report and it should print to zebra printer label.is this possible..? what are the additional steps while creating order report ..?basic pre-requisition for this ..?

Purchase order charge distribution on single line

Hi,If PO had one line with qty 6 and charges of 100 EUR attached it.if we receive partial qty 3 number, than all the charges will come qty 3 , this lot batch will carry all charges and 100 EUR charge will come with it. anyways , we can split charges for single line based on qty..? qty 3 - 50 EUR charges,qty 3- 50 EUR charges, total qty 6, --.> 100 EUR charges.

If a vendor is both a supplier and a customer, such as an “Agent”, is there anywhere in Ifs which links the two together so you know which supplier record ties into which customer record?

Hi We are using IFS application 10.Recently we have upgrade Release from 10.2 to Release 12.After this upgrade , any changes in document text in PO also triggering Purchase order change order.Is this is bug or new process update ..? Thanks you.

supplier material tracking

Hi, I am looking for any best solution for below case. ( mapping in IFS)we place PO to supplier A ( 10 m, bar) and asked to delivered to supplier B location.we place PO to supplier B ( supplier B uses the 4m bar , supplied by us from supplier A and deliver the final material) ( remaining 6, bar will be lying in supplier B place and uses in next PO). how we can track material locations/ remaining qty/paper work - sending material from supplier A to supplier B)Thanks

Purchase order change order

Hi , we use Apps 10 and just done upd 14.IFS is allowing to add no part lines in purchase order change order without asking for purchase groupand we can save and update purchase order without any purchase group.I remember, it should give error when we update purchase order saying line added without any purchase group . any inputs on this. Thanks you.

PO authorization at receipt

Hi , We have 100 migrated purchase orders in planned state,we have Released in mass by switching off authorization as this has been approved in old system.after Release , we have activated authorization so that new PO should have authorization. Now system is asking for authorization during the receipt of migrated PO,any way to fix this ..?Thanks in advance.

Hiwhat is the standard IFS process for inter company purchase order change order handlingwhen enforcing use of purchase order change order mandatory for all the process. when CO and PO both Released.we want to modify price for the part number at source( demand ) customer order, system will stop and ask us to create purchase order change order ( but we not want to modify Purchase order price, only we need to modify customer order line price. how to add new line in the same CO and PO

Intercompany customer order data migration

Hi , We need to migrate 150 intercompany customer order from legacy system for GO live with “Released” status.order is already processed by supplier and supplier will deliver directly to customer after 30 days from GO live. Now problem is once order is “Released” its create intercompany PO and its Released also.How close intercompany PO and CO as supplier is not processing this in IFS as its migrated data.how manual closing can be done in this case.

Customer order -delivery

Hi , I have one customer order which have one non-inventory sales part.this is intercompany order and want to deliver this without shipment.Due to data error , shipment id not generated automatically when order is released and when we create new shipment manually, we are not able to connect ( system not showing this in available order line to connect and we have done all matching but still it not showing in available lines) How to deliver non-sales part which out shipment process..?quick order flow handling also not working for non- inventory sales part

Purchase order line status- rejection/rework

Hi All, once the GR is done and material is rejected, PO line status shows “received “every time planning department needs to go the details to check rejection etc as PO line status shows received.thinking of “rejected “ status or information in PO screen directly.
