Hello,I want to reverse a distribution order from demand site back to supply site. I have cancelled the purchase order receipt in demand site so the distribution order has been changed to ‘In Transit’; and I also created a RMA for the customer order in supply site, but when I receive parts from the RMA with the function ‘Return Parts from Internal Order Transit’, I can’t click OK to complete it. Is there anything missed during my operation? Could you please give me a clue?Many thanks.

Hi, We are using IFS V9, I noticed we can create a new custom page with an existing logic unit, but if we do like this the existing logic unit can’t be edit in the new page. For instance I want to create a new page for customer order lines for planners to confirm planned delivery date, because the standard customer order lines function include price information which should be limited to access. Is it possible to create a new page like customer order lines but having limited columns and users can also edit the columns like customer order lines? Thank you very much.

We are using master schedule level 1 to maintain forecasts for finished goods, but we also have some forecasts for semi-finished goods. We found once we maintain forecasts for semi-finished goods, the requirements from finished goods for the semi-finished goods will be not considered.Is it possible to have both forecasts for semi-finished goods and requirements genereated from finished goods forecasts?Thanks a lot.
Hello,I found we can change ‘Qty to Issue’ on warehouse task but can’t be saved. The reason why I want to change the quantity is because warehouse may issue excess materials to shop floor due to physical package limitation. Hello,We use both shop order warehouse pick list and consolidated pick list for a shop order at same time, currently only shop order warehouse pick list is printed out if we print report on a shop order.
