Hello Community, Is there a way to update the standard cost on a shop order that has a status of “started” without closing the shop order? Scenario:Open and release shop order The standard cost is wrong so the routings or product structure gets corrected Costs are rolled to update standard cost At this point the “Started” shop order shows the PREVIOUS standard cost If I close the shop order the standard cost updates, but if I reopen the shop order the standard cost goes back again
Hello Community, Can someone please provide guidance on how to assign “Active Work Orders” in the Service / Maintenance Module in APPS9? When I right mouse button click over an active work order I see “Allocate Resources” but the option is greyed out. I’m not sure if there are some Basic Data tasks I might have missed during setup. Hello Community, I created a Separate PM Action, but I can’t figure out how to get IFS to create the Maintenance Plan. I was able to Manually Generate a Work Order, but I would like to see the plan at lest for the year. You can see my Maintenance Plan parameters on the attachment. Please help!

Is anyone familiar with the Work Center Setup Matrix? Does this functionality interact with routings or operations on a shop order? I setup a characteristic code and values, I was able to create the setup matrix, but I don’t know what this will actually do. Please help.
Does anyone know if you can share quick reports created on Query Builder with other users? I see there is an option to “Send to”; however, when I use this my colleague get’s a blank message or an email with a link to “Explore Query Builder”, but my report is not available to them. Thanks!!
