FSM 6.8 - TASK Sync Rule

Hi, We are facing an issue regarding Task synchronization with mobile devices. Although we have set some constrains based on Task Status and Task type (working as expected when the device is initialized) they are not working in real time sync. Do you know which queries controls the real time sync? What’s the difference between real time sync and device initialization? Best regards,João Oliveira

FSM WebClient - Is it possible to control the visibility of a field based on the tab shown?

Hi all, We have a requirement from our client where we need to control fields visibility based on Request Type. Using client script we can easily do this, our problem is that some fields appear on two different tabs (for the same request type it should be visible on TAB A but not on TAB B). Do you know if it is possible to control the visibility on a specific tab? Or if there is any event we can use to trigger the script (we tried the GotFocus event, but nothing happened)? We also tried to use the name to register property of the field at UI Designer, but it seems the setcontrolvisibility function only accepts the “real” DB field name on the DB… Thanks in advance,João Oliveira

FSM 6.8 - Person Access Group

Hi, Does anyone knows if there is some bug on FSM 6.8 regarding access control for Person records?We are using Access Group on every record and Roles to control the access for each user (companies), nevertheless, for Person all users can see all records. Best regards,

FSM Mobile - Adding Signature box

FSM 6.8 - Time Commit (Not Monitored)

Hi, What is the logic behind Time Commit status? I was trying to understand if there is any App Parameter or Business Rule which controls it, but I’m not finding anything. I’m asking this because in our solution we have a Business Rule which creates task time commits with status ACTIVE, but FSM automatically changes it to NOT_MONITORED. I check on previous FSM version (FSM 6.6) and this TC_STATUS (FSM Code) does not exist, is this new with version 6.7 or 6.8? Best regards,João Oliveira

FSM Attachments - oData API

Hi, I’m testing the oData REST API to download/upload attachments in FSM, but I’m facing some issues.I can get the attahcment info (but the “attachment@data.mediaReadLink” attribute). However I don’t get anything, while trying to retrieve the binary data (prints attached) Additionally, I’m not able to change the stored flag for manually added attachments. Thank you,João Oliveira

FSM Mobile - Disable Time Report Screen buttons

Hi, We have a requirement from our client to disable the delete and modify buttons (popup) in the Time Report Screen for the mobile App. We tried to disable the buttons using the design screen but there are no options to control them. Is it possible to disable them or since this is not a standard screen we cannot control its behavior? Thank you,João Oliveira

PSO 6.6 - Activity Schedule Value (expired SLA)

Hi, I don’t understand why the schedule value drops to zero when the first SLA expires. Could someone explain what is the logic behind it? I have an Activity with two SLA (Primary and Secondary) and the schedule value is correct within the first SLA, but after expiring the first one it drops to zero. For example one Activity with both SLA active in PSO appears: Nevertheless the same Activity with the first SLA already expired appears: At FSM all time commits are with the expected status: Best regards,

FSM/PSO - Export Task Teams

Hi, On our ongoing solution/project we are using datasets to control the access within PSO, but with FSM6.13 there is a new table (PSO_OBJECTGROUP_ACTIVITY/RESOURCE) which integrates with PSO and should be used for this specific requirement.We are planing to group all datasets we have (>30) into one single dataset. My problem is that we have a lot of teams and the EXPORT_TASK_TEAMS Sched App Param is limited to 2000char!How can we configure the system to sync all task/resource to this new dataset??...I already tried with ‘*’, ‘%’, ‘ALL’, ‘’, but none of these values worked. FSM 6.13 - AdHoc Reports Row Limit

Hi, We have configured several AdHoc Reports and change the App Parameter ADHOC_ROW_LIMIT to 1M, nevertheless when we extract it, the number of rows is limited to 10K.We already tried to change the App Parameter MAX_ROWS to more than 10K, but there is a core validation which does not allow. Is it possible to extract more than 10K of rows at AdHoc Reports? Best regards,João Oliveira
