Hello.I have a BOM that containsComponent 1 Reserve/Issue Method = Reserve/backflushComponent 2 Reserve/Issue Method = Manual (Qty Per Ass = 1)Both components are allocated to an operation (Qty Per Ass = 1) I have created a shop order / released the shop order and reserved the shop order. The result is that component 2 is fully reserved.When I try to approve the operation for qty of ‘1’ I receive the following error (expected) I manually issue a qty of ‘1’ of this component and try to approve ‘1’ against the operation again - It works as expected.I try to approve an additional ‘1’ to the operation against (total 2) and it allows me, even though there isn't enough components issued to allow the approved qty - I believe this should error???The application will also allow me to receive the goods into stock. It even allows me to receive the full qty and close the shop order, even though all the materials haven't been issued.I have ran debug at the approve operation stage and simplified ma
Hey Guys,This might be a silly question but i’ll ask it anyways :)When an Application Message fails within the ‘NOTIFICATION’ queue how do you stop all other jobs waiting until the failed job is cleared? Using Apps 8 by the way.I see that other Queues work differently, as in keep processing even thought failed messages exist,Thanks,Jamie
Hello!---Applications 9---History Logging Enabled for a number of tables.Today I have created an Event against the HISTORY_LOG_TAB. As soon as the event is enabled records stopped being created by history logging. Disable the event and the history logging begins working as expected.Anyone came across this before?Thanks,Jamie
Hello,I have been playing around with the formatting addition to 22R2. Are there any future enhancements planned for this? It would be benifitial if the following could be adde, Within the Condition show the columns in alphabetical order and include the ability to search for the required column. Include all the fields available in the view. Example being that in the Shop Orders view you cant added the start or finish date as an option. Include the ability to use != for all fields. Again within the shop order view you can say that the Status !=Released. You can only select a specific status. Is OR being added as a condition? Is there a way we can add in a comparison between fields. Example in the customer order lines I would like to say if the sales qty = delivered qty show GREEN. Can we have more colours added. Much more options in EE. Can we have the ability to re-order the priorities within the formatting options?Thanks,Jamie
Hello,I have a question around pick by choice. I have a pick list which contains 10 Handling Units which have been reserved against a shipment. I process the pick using WADACO Report picking of handling units. If I’m asked to pick handling unit 1 but it’s at the back of handling unit 2 so I pick handling unit 2 instead of 1 what should happen? Should handling unit 1 be unreserved or should it stay reserved? I’m seeing sometimes an unreserve and sometimes a re-reserve.What should be the outcome?Thanks,Jamie
Afternoon,Using the Shop Floor Workbench in Aurena you can filter by barcode.Is there any specific settings that enables the barcode ID field to allow scanning input from a mobile device (camera) instead of having to manually input the barcode ID? Appreciated, Jamie
Hello.I have an event action setup triggering when a new pdf is created with the title ‘Purchase Order’.If I RMB and select email order, the event is triggered and the email subject and body looks exactly as I've designed.However, when I RMB and select Print Order then use the email option within this,this event isn’t triggered, however an email is sent using a standard layout, Is this option triggering a stored procedure in the DB to send the email?Is there a straight forward way to amend the layout on this? Apologies if this has been asked.I am looking to created an advanced search within the Inventory Part in Stock screen within IFS Cloud. I want to be able to retrieve a list of stock records which are classified as Manufactured Parts.Within EE you could add in API calls to advanced searches,inventory_part_api.get_type_code(contract,part_no) = ‘Manufactured’Does anyone know the options for this rather than added a custom attribute within this screen? At the moment whilst creating a custom command using Navigation Link there are no options to navigate to this page via a new tab, the new tab functionality works for the external navigation option.Is it possible to add this functionality in via a check box within the Page Designer?
Looking at the documentation for LOV Searching is shows that the functionality should use contains, however when creating a customer order as example. When I try entering a customer the logic used is startswith. Am I misunderstanding the logic here? Has anyone been able to change this logic?Thanks,Jamie
