Hi Team,We are looking at some mechanism to understand the violations happening when manually dragging activity to a technician.Examples: Technician doesn’t have the skill, but the Scheduler manually drags the task on the technician & Fixes the Resource. But, as a scheduler, they wouldn’t know the violation of skills. Is there anyway configuration or mechanism to highlight this to the user to see violation.
PSO will broadcast the allocation details of all the visits of the split activity but, FSM will only capture the allocation details of one visit (the visit it captures is random - it may be the 1st, 2nd or 3rd visit) and display it in the task screen. But, only the last visit details are sent back to FSM & this is a incorrect representation for the Schedule. For Example: PSO Task is split into 3 days, Day1, Day2 & Day3, but the visit returned is for the Day3, the Scheduling for material planning will be done incorrectly considering the Day3. Whereas the Day1 is suppose to be considered for the Scheeduling.
Hi All,After enabling the SPLIT_ALLOWED flag in FSM the task is getting removed from PSO activities. Unfortunately, we don't have access to the Server Logs (chasing IFS Cloud team for the same). Any pointer to investigate the same will be of great help.Thanks

Hi,We have enabled status changes in FSM according to DSE_ALLOCATION.After the status is changed, PSO reflects the same status, but the tasks are all getting left aligned & not considering the Off shift time. All of the tasks are getting scheduled next to each other irrespective of the Plan Start definition either in the earlier DSE_ALLOCATION table or FSM TASK property.
Hi Team,We are exploring if there are any configuration or alternate solutions to split a Task according to the Tech Availability. FSM defines a task with 8 Hrs but can be split into smaller chunks of minimum 4 hrs to scheduled on subsequent days.

Hi Team,The “Post to Invoice” button on the Voucher is by default generating invoice with grouping according to place & resulting in Single Invoice for multiple Vouchers.After investigation, we identified & updated the client script for considering the INVOICE RUN ID in the Billing Consolidation Rule, which resulted in multiple invoices aligning to multiple vouchers, but was generating for all the Vouchers under the Voucher Run ID. Whereas the expectation was that it would generate only for current INVOICE.to address the same issuewe tried to use the VOUCHER Status, set the VOUCHER status to HOLD & it would be considered for INVOICE : Didn’t work Tried using the Consolidation Rule to have a status filter getting the below error Any suggestions or pointers will be greatly appreciated

Hi Team,We have a requirement to allow non Corporate currency for the PO_GNS.But, the schema seems to be only allowing the creation of GNS items in corporate currency. FurtherWe did update the currency from the backend, but when the Requisition converts into Purchase Order, it again applies conversion from Corporate currency to local currency.Ex :PO_GNS created with AUD corporate currency 10$ update the currency from backend to local currency NZ used the GNS item in Requisition Converted to Purchase Order & then the $ value changed to 10.75 NZ (which is considering the currency_conversion)

In FSM Mobile, we have Task Steps screen which is "List with CheckBox”.Our requirement is to set the Steps to be completed when the screen is launched.We are able to use “Populate Script” to populate the Completed flag, when the screen is opened.But, when clicking on Next, the data doesn’t get saved.Can you please assist in either handling the checkbox change event or in the NEXT button script to save the changes.
