FSM Mobile Android 13 compatibility

I have referred the documentation of the latest released FSM version (FSM6U20), and this version only officially supports "Android 7 through Android 12. Our customer would like to know in which upgrade we will be providing official support for android 13. Could you please kindly let us know in which upgrade we will be providing official support for android 13?

mWO aurena native - login credentials expired frequently

Hi Aurena native mobile Framework experts,One of our customer have reported they are getting  login credentials expired message very frequently(sometimes it is 3 time per 10 minutes and  sometimes within every few hours ) In the aurena native MWO application(service and maintenance engineering ) . When the users entered the credentials they could keep working but this is really annoying to the users since they have to enter credentials very frequently.This customer only use standard DB authentication and they do not have "Difs.oidc.accesstoken.lifetime" or "Difs.oidc.refreshtoken.lifetime" setup explicitly which means these parameters are in their default value. Refer to the following instances from the mobileDevice log. iOs 16 compatibility Apps9 MWO

How to change the access token and refresh token lifetime values for aurena native apps (Cloud 21 R2)

We have a Cloud 21R2 mwO aurena native customer where they get frequent token expiry messages where customer has to enter the user name and the password frequentlyLogin credentials expire message I have checked the mobile log file and I could see the token expiry error frequently(“New refresh token required” log entry ) . INFORMATION : Steps to create MWO mobile user in APPS10 (IEE Basic Data Setup)

Following are the Steps you need to follow In order to setup the basic MWO mobile user setup in IEE (for both aurena native and RTM mobile apps). Create a resource categoryResource Category Window Create a person type Resource group and connect your created category to the new resource groupResource Groups WindowConnect the created resource group to a structure. Now we need our employee to the resource group. In order to do that you first need to connect the employee to a company and a site. After you have the employee connected to a company and the site, double click on the resource group in the resource navigator and add the employee in the ‘Persons’ tab. Double click on your person in the navigator and connect the site and the maint org in the details tab.(If the employee ID is not fetched automatically in the “Details” tab,  connect your site, company and the employee in the “Connections tab” to get the employee ID fetched ).                           And finally check the “Mobile

"Error occurred while decoding OAEP Padding " exception when using IFS Scan it

Customer is getting the "Error occurred while decoding OAEP Padding " excepting when using IFS Scan it 10  android application. Customer can authenticate the app via account manager but sometimes users get this error in Account manager as well(so they install  the account manager app and retry ).  Customer using Azure authentication and following redirect URI's are added in Azure :https://<The Corrct TAS URL of the customer>/Token.aspxifs-app.com.ifsworld.accountmanager://appifs-app.com.ifsworld.crmcompanion10://appifs-app.com.ifsworld.mwo10://appifs-app.com.ifsworld.notifyme10://appifs-app.com.ifsworld.timetracker10://appifs-app.com.ifsworld.triptracker10://appifs-ifsaurenascanit10://authifs-ifsaurenanotifyme10://authifs-mworkorder10nextgenservice://auth Customer is using 2 Touchapp servers and redirecting them via a basic load balancer(I have tested by removing one node from this but the issue still exist ). Cannot connect to Notify Me 10(RTM) with Azure AD

Customer is getting the “Something went wrong. Check your TAs URL ” Error when tried to login with Azure AD with notify me 10(RTM) AppAdditional INFO:Customer is in apps 10 UPD8 and the Notify Me Cloud Resource is 1.0.3.0. We can confirm that the TAS configurations are fine because Trip tracker 10(RTM)  app is working fine in the same environment. And this error is only for iOS(android works fine).I have attached the AD redirect URI’s in azure it seems also fine.Please kindly provide us your comments on this./Subash Perera

ANNOUNCEMENT: Apple VPP important Information : move VPP to ABM

As communicated by Apple, the Apple Volume Purchase Program (VPP) will cease to exist and it is replaced by Apple Business Manager (ABM).As a result of the above, customers using mobile applications from IFS distributed previously through VPP need to change their distribution method to use an ABM account instead for receiving IFS apps All customers who have VPP accounts should be aware of that they need to move to ABM.  Apple changed the links to redirect them to the new program, and new links are required to get to the VPP program: https://vpp.itunes.apple.com/ . Once there, customers are reminded to update to Apple Business Manager. Once they have enrolled in ABM, they create a Location for each VPP account and invite the VPP Purchaser.  All apps should continue to operate without issue The IFS/Partner App Manager needs to make sure to add the Organization ID to Pricing and Availability when sending the new app version to the customer .
