Hi,I would like to ask if there is some way how to withdraw balance hours automatically.My goal is to add hours from balance to time card result in case that employee did not fulfill day limit of normal hours for selected day.I created Balance type Compensatory and set some wage codes that increase and decrease balance.According to schedule, employee should be at work from 8am to 4pm + there is flexible break 0,5hour. He worked only 5,88 hours. I would like to automatically add missing hours from balance to result to fulfill day limit 8hours, for example at the end of the week.I tried Missing intervals and results settings, Additional result calculation, but it isnt working like I want to. Is there some standard functionality?Thanks a lot for any suggestion.Romana

It is valid for one part and one flowThis is my forecast for this flow/partI create recurring campaign from this template campaign, I change date range from 18.12.2023 to 14.01.2024. System calculated recurring campaign quantity to 322,72 pcs. Why?I found this in documentation:,,The campaign quantity for each part is decided by the perceptual amount the campaign had compared to the forecast in the template campaign.”Could somebody explain it to me how it is calculated?Thanks Romana
Hi,I would like to ask an explanation how is system forecast calculated if Moving Average forecast model is used. According to documentation I understand that it is calculated as average of adjusted demand for selected period. It works fine if adjusted demand is not outside standard deviation (red or yellow background). But when it is, I really don´t know how it is calculated and what is included in calculation.For example - Moving Average for 3 period.Adjusted Demand Average is 3968,12System forecast is 1672,33. Hi, I setup Demand Server in IFS Cloud, connect it to host and then I wanted to check Advanced Server Settings, but there is just this one.I know that there should be much more parameters. I tried to Reset All to Default, but it doesnt help.What should I do to get all parameters? Should I do some correction in IFS cloud or in demand server?Thanks a lot Romana
Hi, I created default schedule and rules for wage class in company.But when I create new employee via assistant in step ,,Schedule and Time” , no wage class, schedule, shift or rules are retrieved and I have to fill every field manually. In older version, it was all retrieved automatically according to setting in default schedule and rules window.I use this version of cloud 23.1.4Is it some bug or I have to set something more in application?Thanks Romana
Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to set some rule into generation of PDF file name.For example I print purchase order report. File name of this pdf is just some random code.Also when I emailed this report via PDF_REPORT_CREATED event, pdf attachment has this randon name. Hello, is there some way to see all suppliers and their analysis’ results in one window in SRM?Now I can only see one supplier and his results in window Detailed Supplier Performance Analysis. But still I have to choose which analysis I want to see and cant see aggregated results for all analysis of this same supplier in this window.Also I would like to see all analysis results for all suppliers.Is there some way how to achieve it?ThanksRomana

Hi, I have 2 issues with TimeClock in Cloud. Cannot set default absence wage codeI use object OUT ABSENCE. I set Init Value to 400 for absence wage code.In time clock I hit the button for Absence OutThere should be default wage code 400, according to settings in Init Value but it is empty instead.Absence Wage Code LOV is emptyThe same button OUT ABSENCE. LOV for absence wage code is empty.There are wage codes type Absence set for this company and wage class.Same behaviour is for object name IN ABSENCE and FUTURE ABSENCE. Hicould you help me with one issue with carrying forward absence limit to next period? I have one Absence Group D-R and two Absence Types D-R and D-M. In Limit Definition tab I set all remaining limit for absence type D-R from one period should be carry forward to next period as absence type D-M.This is ok. But I would like to carry forward also limit that remains on second absence type D-M to next period.I created new Absence Type D-S within this same Absence Group and in Limit Definition tab I set all remaining limit from absence type D-M from one period should be carry forward as absence type D-S, but there is an error message.Could you help me?
