Hello everyone, we regularly receive an error message from Azure, we are not able to identify.The email from Azure states: The messages sometime vary, and the App Type changes from IFSSBM, IFSPSW and IFSSRG. But the description of the error always includes the sentence “The semaphore timeout period has expired”, and cites the Database Error 121.Is there a PSO error guide?Any idea on what is causing the error and how to fix it?Thanks in advance,AWLF
In our business model service engineers can pick billable parts from warehouses managed by FSM and give it to the customer in service location.The part needs is managed in FSM with task templates.What we expect is:Before assigning an activity PSO must check the part needs in the activity, check the availability in a warehouse where service engineer can pick part from, and finally assign the activity to the correct service engineer. is that possibile ? How we have to configure person and places in FSM and what in PSO ?In case in which we have to configure the van stock of service engineer equals to the warehouse (in order to let pso to check availability) is possible to configure FSM Mobile App to not show the stock of the entire warehouse but only the real van stock of service engineer ? thanks and regardslf

Good day,In our FSM + PSO system at a certain time we freeze the schedule (We don’t let DSE of PSO optimize anymore the requests/task).So all the task planned and freezed must be executed in next day/days and no automatic modification are allowed Is possible to set something that e-mail the place.email contact when the scehdulation got freezed?Thanks and RegardsLorenzo

Good day,For a vehicle related business we need to make the Service Engineer measure the tyre sizes eg (185/55 R15 81H) + Brand We can have vehicle with 2 or 4 tyres for each axle, or vehicle with different tyres type relevant to axles. How to manage this situation?With measures(how) or with an “internal” suvey? Is there better solution ? Thx for helping
