Hello everyone, 

we regularly receive an error message from Azure, we are not able to identify.

The email from Azure states:

 

The messages sometime vary, and the App Type changes from IFSSBM, IFSPSW and IFSSRG. But the description of the error always includes the sentence “The semaphore timeout period has expired”, and cites the Database Error 121.

Is there a PSO error guide?

Any idea on what is causing the error and how to fix it?

Hi Lorenzo, there isn’t a list of errors output to the event logs but it looks like the services are not able to retrieve the information they need from the database. Is this an environment hosted by IFS, if so I would raise a ticket with the cloud team.
