Custom surveys on mobile app

Hello everyone,

I’m having troubles in adding the surveys I created on the web client on the debrief workflow on the Mobile app. 

From what I gathered I need to add a custom screen to the workflow, but I cannot manage to select my pre-created survey when creating it.

Any suggestions on how to do it?
