Has anyone ever seen this error message before when trying to initialize an Aurena Native App? The app was working fine, and we were doing some work with Custom Fields and went to re-initialize to test the changes and I can no longer initialize. Any suggestions?
Hi Team, We have upgraded a customer from Apps8 to Apps10 UPD15 and there are some events related to touchapps push notifications missing. All those missing events are available in IT2 environment which we created few months back.We need to check why these events are missing. We have a doubt, about whether these events get created from a background job/scheduled task. Is there a way to check it? Since the financial report comparison has not been completed, the background jobs are not yet enabled and job_queues remain 0 yet.We can export and import missing events from IT2 to UR environments. But we need to be clear, about whether these events will be getting created once the background jobs are enabled or not. Thanks in Advance.Best Regards,Rayancomparison with IT2 and missing events are listed.Events in IT2 EE client are visibleIn UR environments, cannot see those events
IFS Apps 10, UPD 14, windows based on local laptopmWO: IFS MWO Service 10, Version 10.15.1365.0 When connecting a document to a assignment in the mWO app I get thestatus: When I check the attachments in the work task with IEE, an attachment for the document is created but cannot be opened. The following information is reported: Do you have an idea what could be the reason? Any missing setup?Thx in advanceHarald
I am struggling to filter out Equipment Objects for mwo Maintenance 10 v1.6 Anytime I put a permission set filter for that entity and apply it to the ObjectInformation Activity I get sync errors. Even a simple filter of 1=2 gives me errors. Anyone been able to successfully use a permission set filter on this entity?
We get a lot of complaints from the engineers that the buttons ‘Complete’ and ‘Incomplete’ on the MWO Service 10 are irreversible. When working in the field, it is very easy to push the wrong button, and in case of these two buttons, the effect is irreversible. Please consider a pop-up asking ‘are you sure to complete the work assignment’ with a OK and Cancel option.
I’m hoping I’m missing some easy, obvious option here. I did not find the details in F1.In Apps10, UPD9, how do I cancel a Work Assignment from IEE when it is transferred to mobile and in ‘Work Started’. In Apps8, we are able to go to Transferred to Mobile, rmb, and ‘Unassign Work Order’.I see the rmb option in Apps10 to ‘Cancel Work Assignment’ but it is grayed out when the Assignment is in Work Started status. I’m not sure in what status this feature becomes unavailable, but it seems to be so for at least Work Started. I am curious, is that also the case for Accepted? Also, looking for a way to manually advance the Work Assignment should the need arise. In Apps8, we are currently able to adjust the status from IEE and it keeps the id of the individual making the change neatly stored in the Journal.
Is there a way in IFS to not allow a technician to be clocked into multiple assignments at once from different WO’s? I am pretty sure the functionality exists on the manufacturing side on the shop floor workbench but I don’t see a way to do this on the Service & Maintenance side of IFS Apps 10. Any ideas? Thanks, Curtis Taylor
I have an environment where we don’t want to allow the use of Pool Work Order or Technicians to Create New Work from mWO Service 10. Is there a way to hide these tiles on the home screen in mWO Service 10?
We are mid-upgrade. We switched from DB Authentication method for login to Azure login. Now our mwo devices are not receiving new assignments. I can see existing assignments but newly assigned are not coming through. I am able to login to the app, but then I receive this message ‘The sync process has started failing’. I go to Details and it only takes me to the Sync page in the app where the normally spinning green initializing circle reads ‘idle’. I am not sure the sync’ing issue is related to the change from DB Authentication to Azure, but it was working without issue just previous to that change. No other changes were made at the time. So it may be something else and a coincidence, but I thought it was important to note as the major change.Any ideas?
