Hello,On IFS Cloud, I am currently attempting to take a custom field I created on the CustomerInfo entity, and have that appear on the Lead - CRM page. I have attempted to create custom attributes for the BusinessLead entity that references the custom field I created for CustomerInfo, which, using page designer, appears on the page, but sadly it does not populate with any data. I have also created a projection that takes the CustomerInfo/BusinessLead entities and maps them together by the CustomerID, but doing so does not help as this new Projection is not tied into the BusinessLead page. In the Configure standard projection page, I cannot search for the CustomerInfo entity, to tie it to the BusinessLead entity, as it does not appear. How exactly can you pull a custom field into a page that has a different entity?

We are pushing a lot for using the CRM Panel because the best place for Salesmen to interact with the CRM is within the context of an email. But we found some basic limitations. When creating a Lead in CRM Panel, the only available fields are (Name, Title, Phone no, and Mobile No); how can we add these basic fields from the lead master data (Stage, Potential, Source, Market, Notes)
When converting a Lead to a Customer, we ‘d like to make the Account No field read only or hide it from view, to prevent users from manually entering details. How do we do this in Cloud (23R1), is is possible?
Hi all,For a customer in IFS9 we are looking for a solution for sales representatives.Currently there are not user in IFS, but they need some information while on the road to customers. They can find this information from Sharepoint, where a lot of documents are stored. This customer want to store these documents in IFS (not in Sharepoint anymore), so they are looking for a solution for them to find these documents. My first idea was to install CRM Companion, but I am not sure if they can manage from there. The solution is still under design, so not sure where we are going to connect the document to (sales Quotation, Customer Order, Work Order, Customer, etc.). They are not using CRM as a solution in IFS, they only want to find these documents in an easy way.So, any documentation of this app will help (in IFS9)Thanks I advance,Robert
Dear Community!Using the standard technical documentation for installation of the CRM Panel I have now logged in successfully to the panel / IFS.Now, I want to switch the user which I logged in previously. I already removed the panel several times, switched to another configuration but still, the user is still cached somewhere. As there is no option like for the document management add in, I really appreciate if someone can tell how the user of the IFS Crm Panel, Outlook Add In can be swichted or logged out. Kind regards,Toby
Hello, I would like to automatically close a Business Opportunity when it expires (expiration date = today’s date). I wanted to do this via a Workflow, but sadly, you can’t schedule workflows to run daily, they have to be based off of a projection action or event action. I looked at scheduled database tasks, and I found the method Set_Closed for Business Opportunities, but sadly, the scheduled database task I set is not working. I have this set up so far:I added the “Expiration_date” parameter. Whenever this is run, I get this error: “ORA-20115: BusinessOpportunity. The "Business Opportunity" has already been removed by another user.”and no Business Opportunities close. Am I missing something? I’ve worked with some scheduled database tasks before that automatically create pick lists and reserve customer order items, but this is the first time I’ve seen parameters that (I’m assuming) are passed into the API to set the BO as either Won or Lost. The API Explorer documentation for this meth
In 23R1 business activity window , under activity type we can only see meeting and task . how can i activate the rest . what is the window to activate the rest .
CRM Business Activity is showing duplicate values in the status viewerI’ve seen this in both 22r2 and 23r1e.g. https://ifsgcc1-d06.demo.ifs.cloud/
Hello, running this window: Access → All (after searching for any business activity) causes a complete IFS system freeze. It refers to the view rm_acc_priv_all. Executing an SQL query that counts the rows in this view takes almost 40 minutes for me (select count(*) from rm_acc_priv_all).Is there any way to fix this issue? Best regardsMartinator
