This was already reported as a bug and corrected in the below versions.Corrected versions:22.1.15 - 22R1 SU1522.2.8 - 22R2 SU823.1.0 - 23R1 GA23.2E.0 - 23R2 EA
Click on the 3 dots that I have highlighted in yellow color. It will open up more properties for this field.There is an option called Visible.If it doesn’t tick.Click on it Untick it Save Publish Refresh Mobile Application Cache Initialize the mobile and checkHopefully this will work!Best Regards,Navod Janitha

Hi @feng , Go to the Application Parameters screen in the IFS Cloud Search for Parameter ‘SERVICE_REQUEST_FOR_NEW_WORK’ Set the value to ‘FALSE’After that initialize the mobile application and you may see the New Work option. Best Regards,Navod Janitha

Hi @Priyanka Cecilia V ,This must be an issue with the page designer. As per my understanding, Address field is a collection of 12 attributes, even though you can see the control type as ‘AddressField’, still there is no option to specify the 12 attributes when it comes to the page designer. If you see the AddressField in the Work Details page from Page Designer which was added by code, the Attribute property has no value reflected. I think this must be reported through support. Hi @ISD , As Robert mentioned, you can see it in the Work Task page. Navigate to the Task Signature and it will show all the Customer and Executed Signatures.
