@Theja can you check the product structure of the part shown on the error message to see if the part IP651 is a component of that? There is no such a component part
Thank you @Xavier Fernando and @EnzoFerrari . I added the stock quantity to inventory from location . Now, the problem sorted .
@Theja , Could you please let us know what is location type of inventory location ? and whether subjected Inventory location has stock on hand ? Inventory location is picking but I do not have quantity .
@Theja as per my experience, there’s no restriction for manufactured parts to be used in Transport Tasks. I just executed one with a manufactured part line. Do you get any error message? Please let me know @EnzoFerrari ,Thank for your explanation . When I select this part in transport task window , I could not able to find the inventory from location and inventory to location in list of values . However , I already defined the inventory location . Moreover , there is no any error message pops up.

Hi Theja, If you use mixed payment then you will be able to do it. Supplier offset does not allow to offset if invoice and payment is not in same currency. Regards, Mukesh Gupta Thank you .

Hi @Theja , I have found this information through a previous query about C79. C79 is related to the sales part on the RMA line. There are other control types that have been duplicated for RMA like (C13 and C65). C79 is connected to those posting types that are used only for RMA even orderless RMA lines. Hi Theja, May I knowwhat you referred to as incorrect account? The account fetched when matching a PO to an invoice is based on the Posting control set up. Check the account matched with Posting Type M18. Incorrect means , posting control details included another account and posting propoal fetched another account.

Please note that Cash Transfer option was introduced to IFS application in IFS Version 9. If you are using an older version, the best way is to use an intermediary account as Adam suggested. Hi @Theja , Stated issue is causing when Tax code mismatch in the Invoice line and Tax line of the uploaded Invoice. RMB on the Supplier Invoice line and select Invoice Line Information. It will navigate you to the Invoice line information section and check the Tax Code available in this window. This same Tax code should be available in the both Posting Line section and Tax line section. You can navigate to these windows by using RMB in Invoice line information, selecting Invoice Posting Information and Invoice Tax Information. Make sure all the 3 sections has same Tax code and process the invoice again. Hope this will help. Regards, Akila Dear Akila , Thank you very much .
If you search on navigator and search for external file screen, you can query your load id (this is not in supplier invoice), I believe it is in accounting rule section. You can open the load id and look at individual lines/records on how the system interpret your file contain and the exact error, thus pointing to you identify the cause. Thank you
Please check in External Transaction for a better error. You can reach that window from RMB in External Supplier Load Information. Thank you
The most common reason for this error is, values in the external file does not match with values defined in the external file template used when uploading the file.
