At creating the WO when releasing the customer order, I tried using a non-inventory parts and selecting service order in the supply code but I had an error message stating that the service order supply code is not allowed.
Hi @Mbourret Seems like the same issue has already been reported and corrected by the R&D team in 23R2 EA via MFZ-16175 Regards, Ushan . Hi, Brillant, we’re set to update in the coming days so I reckon that’ll fix it.Cheers !

I was able to get some clues from IFS Help here: … /ifsdoc/documentation/en/Sales/AboutReservationManagement.htm Do a Find on: “Incomplete Packages Not Allowed” Hi Troy, thanks for the info :)Cheers !
@Kanishka Dilana Thanks, that answers my question. Cheers !
Inter-site within the same company is typically setup to transfer at cost, so there won’t be an invoice between them as it is treated as an inventory transfer. If costs aren’t matched between the sites, you might see differences there. Before intersite was turned on between the US sites - did you invoice each other as part of the manual process? Our finance team are making manual entries at month end to transfer cost & revenues between one site to another so it shows on our P&L.
Hi @Mbourret, is the ownership of the part / parts in your customer order “Company Owned” ? Hi Ravinatha,Yes it it. Cheers !
Thanks guys, I’ve copied cost set 2 to cost set 1 and it worked. Cheers !
I could create a custom event for all parts manufactured/ received in a given day, though I wanted to let the user choose for which part they want to be alerted. This event or alert would be for sales reps for one of our division for which we have really long lead time(parts are manufactured abroad) . I don’t want them to receive an alert each time a part is received but only when a part they’re interested in whether for a quote or a project.
