Hi AllI’m also having same issue in Apps 10, UPD14.Is it as a bug, or new functionality where the Tech can’t report time (Stop time) greater than server time, since I don’t have release notes for Apps 10 UPD14.
Hi AllIn Apps9, After calendar is generated and customer orders & purchase orders are created, then user has increased working days in the calendar this is resetting the customer orders & purchase orders delivery dates.Is there any solution, when calendar is changed, the open customer orders & Purchase Orders delivery dates shouldn’t reset. Hi @Ibrahim Naazir Couple of days back , he shared screen and walk thru the scenario how the Tech is kickoff from the mWO App.It started with one user two weeks back, and the customer ignored, didn’t brought to our noticed and now it has gone up , customer has brought to out notice.

Hi @Vinu PeirisThe user has done with task but Task is not showing in mWO-My Work Home Page, so he wouldn’t change the status to Completed on Task.The customer is not agreeing to change the status of task to “Incomplete” as the physical work is already completed. Thank You
