Hi,Thank you for your prompt response. I have checked and in Apps 8 we do not appear to have the option you refer to. However, whilst looking I have discovered ‘Change Transferred Results’. I am currently looking to see if this offers something to meet our requirements. We are wanting to amend results at the Attendance End so hopefully this will give us what we need.Thanks again!
That’s a real shame that it’s not available in Apps 8 but thank you for your prompt response.
On a slightly different angle, we have a condition based PM that triggers on engine run hours. Each PM re-triggers based on the planned value rather than the last recorded actual value. So for example, the PM states every 2000 run hours. We take the measure and it is at 2100 run hours. We then want the next PM to trigger at 4100 but it currently triggers at 4000. Is there functionality that enables this to be changed? We have previously raised this on here but didn’t get any responses. Hi,Sorry to bother you again but we’ve followed your instructions and hit an issue and I’m not sure if it’s an Apps 8 issue or just our set-up. As we have all employees for company 1 assigned to the workgroup, it makes all cases visible to everyone within the company. Are we missing as step somewhere?RegardsCaroline

Our issue is that we want to provide the same Name options in column 1 & 2 with the same support key descriptions but linked to a different customer. We thought we had done this by duplicating the items and linking to the other customer but unfortunately, it presented the duplicated items in columns 1 & 2 and presented them all to both customers.
Hi Paul,So what I am referring to is that within the case there is the Created By: name and the Customer Number. It also shows the contact details for the person creating the case which I believe it takes from the contact tab from within the customer record (see 2nd image below) My issue is that even when the Created By: person is linked to a different Customer, it still loads DHB_INTERNAL as the customer. I appreciated DHB_INTERNAL is probably set as the default customer, but I had assumed that the system could have been configured to identify the correct customer number based on the Created By user.
Hi Shehan, The screens you show appear to be Apps 9. We are on Apps 8 and I cannot find the screens in question. Might they be called something else in Apps 8? Regards Caroline
