IFS Aurena Scan It 10 - 10.15.1368 - Failed to read value

IFS Aurena Scan It 10 - 10.15.1368 - Failed to read value

Hi @JOOLSE , currently, we are in IFS application update 10 and Client version is 10.10.17.0 and Server version is 10.9.7.0also, the touch apps server version is 10.10.301.0 and we are using IFS Aurena Scan It 10 .So you guys did correction for initCommand: Failed to read value from SiteVirtualStructVar.Contract issue? we got same kind of issue yesterday, (see image)We already updated our aurena devices to latest client version,so client version atleast 10.20.ThanksSara

How to delete Document Revisions and the associated Files automatically?

IFS 9 SSO login issue: Invalid username or password

Hi @Thilanka Perera , yes I reviewed but nothing specially found. but i remeber now there was a window kerberos authentication update automatically installed to our server. we suspected that was the issue for this. here this is kerberos update we noticed in server,but after customer create a ifs case .after ,the issue was handled and fixed by ifs

As you mentioned here, we set up configurations in the task template and it shows print is complete in print manager.but it was not print, when i check logs it mentioned ‘Enviornment variables not defined’ error, but we already defined it Do you know how to troubleshoot this or what's the issue with this?Can you kindly look this Here i attached printagent config and spooler config images. hi, Not i couldn't find anything. but can you see the path of zip file save is ( C:\IFS\Appsrv02\wls_domain\DOLTST01) and the file sender path is this one i changed it ,but it didn’t work
