Hello, I’ve just found this thread on my subscriptions, since my last update there has been a new functionality implemented in IFS Cloud called “Reassign CRM Records” which allows you to do just the requested functionality. This is specially useful when a Representative is leaving the company or changing roles within the same company and won’t any longer be required as a representative. Kind regards, Eric
Hello Amila, Correct I am trying to create a Template but can’t get the macro to run, how can we make it run once so that it starts working? Also the codes I copied/pasted from a guide to make sure they’re right, so that shouldn’t be an issue. Just need to get it to work once so that I can create a template and start running all the macros from word doc, but can’t seem to get it to work. Any ideas on how to do it? Kind regards, Eric
Hello Jamie, I believe this is the expected functionality, whenever you sign out from IFS and log back in, if you visit any page previously visited (on another day), it will display no added filters from the More drop down than the original ones. Kind regards, Eric

Hello Tony,You are unable to create or print the pick list from the Customer Order screen. You can do it as Gaveshi mentioned from the “Create Pick List for Customer Orders” or to print from the “Print Pick Lists”. Alternatively, you can also do it as you mentioned from the Shipment itself, or from the Quick Order Flow Handling. Kind regards,Eric

Hello, this is not possible unfortunately, the idea with Copy Customer Order is that it creates an exact copy of the current Customer Order, the only one that will always be unticked unless ticked manually is the Price and Discount so that it takes the latest price available.
Hello, this may be some bug as it should not be creating duplicated documents when saving from the CRM Panel, have you opened a case for this?
