The issue is if we want qty 1 on a project, PMRP orders 50 because of minimum order qty, and if the PO hasn’t been delivered yet, and then we get demand for 1 on another project, it raises a p/Req for another 50. rather than realising it’ll have 40 spare when the first po gets receipted

I didn’t think you could restrict users to specific terminals. Have you checked Employee Card Parameters is set the same for each device?
None of our over FX accounts are set up with this blocked, so it appears the new one (B107) is being set up the original ones when we first went live?

Thought so. Is there any way to force a screen refresh after displaying an error message. Currently user has to OK the error, then click refresh and then click no to not save. Error_SYS.Appl_General('INFO',message_); TIA
In the end, I set the field to read only in the form properties. I then created a couple of custom menus that set the field to different values. The code checked to see if the current logged in user was a member of a specific user group.
Thanks, I did have a quick look at creating a custom field based on membership of an admin usergroup. NVL(user_group_user_api.get_objkey('9C9D1908B38A49688B7B01C9624768C5',FND_SESSION_API.Get_Fnd_User),0) And I then created a conditional field with a read only value which checks if the custom field is 0. This works well but i then couldn’t see howto restrict someone removing the conditional field check.

@SHAUN_KERSLAKE Thanks. I’d seen something similar on this forum. Currently though attr_ just contains the field OFFSET, do I need to amend it to include OBJVERSION & OBJID? How does it know which record to update otherwise?
