Our requirement is to show the alert message in mobile while displaying any error and the alert message timing need to increate beyond the base line alert time. Let say we want it to display for 5 or 7 sec. We can't find any app Param to increase the timing of alert. Is there any way to achieve the same
Dear All, I need to populate some specific selected global code values in a drop down fields in web client. Lets say in Global code I have code values likeCode_Value1,Code_Value2,Code_Value3,Code_Value4 Some time I need to display Code_Value1, Code_Value2 and some time Code_Value2, Code_Value3,Code_Value4. I have created 8 debrief workflow which are created based on the base debrief flow depending on my task type. 1. Install task 2. Repair Task etc.Once I created the flow and did all the modifications. Later I need a screen( Network Details ) which will be common to all debrief flow. If I am adding the Network Details screen to base debrief flow, it's not reflecting to other created task flows.In this case how to proceed?1.Should I add the screen to base debrif and then delete all the task type debrif flow and create again the task type debrif flow?2. Or need to create individual screen for each task type flow?It will impact a lot if I do these both two.Is there any other way to do so?Please suggest

Dear All, I am facing an issue in schedule board. I have a team having 15 members. And out of 15members 10 are resource. In schedule board it should come 10 resource but I can see more than 10. In the Summary screen(DebriefSignature) there is a “Tick mark button” . Once we click on it, it asks to complete the task YES or NO as pop up. I want a validation on it and don’t want this pop up to come up. But in Mobile we have options to add ‘BUTTON_SAVE’, ‘BUTTON_ADD’, ‘BUTTON_NEXT.’ I added the BUTTON_NEXT and put a validation on it(Event Type : Override). As I don’t want the pop up to come up so I chooses the Event Type : Override instead of Validation . I checked the “Tick mark button” is working as per the client script tagged to the BUTTON_NEXT. But one thing I observed the technician signature is not getting added once I click on “Tick mark button”. It is getting added once I make the Event Type : validation. But in validation I am getting POP up which is not required. Can any one help me in this what is script written behind “Tick mark button” . So that I can add this in my script to get it validate as well as I can save the tech signature.

I tried to change the initial and related query not to sync the OPEN task_status type task. I put the where conditions in sync like Task.task_id Not equals to OPEN . Once I update the task_status to Open and put any owner its getting synced to mobile. I don't want this data to sync
I have requested 5parts from the inventory. Now it would be received by me. But of the 5 parts I need only 3 and rest 2 I need to reject due to certain reason. For the serialized parts I checked on the 3parts and rest 2 I didn't checked on the Receiving Unit list. Then confirmed it. But I can see all are received.How can we reject the same. Can anyone help on this?
From the debrif work flow when I goto attachment screen and clicking on add attachment icon its takes me to the TaskAttachmentAdd screen where I could see the description and type of attachment along with the attachment. When I click on save it saves the attachment. But in that same screen TaskAttachmentAdd where I can add the description and type I enabled user_def1 from task_attachment table. I put some value in description and value in user_def1 and saved the description saved with the attachment but user_def1 is still Null.Can anybody tell this what is the appropriate way to add one more column like user_def1 and save to task_attachment table
Hi Can anybody tell why the negative request_id is not getting assigned with the subsequent positive request_id? I could see the sync is happening and any update to previous existing request also working fine. Now the only issue is request_id and as well as the task_id getting reflected as negative value when I am creating any.
