Hello All, I am facing an annoying thing in IFS Cloud… when I make a selection of items which I want to plan the following happens. If I go to the Supply and Demand section in the Master Schedule and make a change to a shop order and go back to the Master Schedule the item I just did moved to the top and I need to find the next item in the list. If you need to do that a few times that is not a problem, but more it gets really annoying. IFS, can something been done about that please??? Best RegardsCarlo
Hello All,does anyone know how the wanted date in the purchase requisition is calculated? At least the elements manufacturing leadtime and the transport leadtime from the Supply Chain Matrix are included. But if I add them for an item I do not get the mentioned 3-9-2024?
Hello All, maybe a simple question for you. In the attached picture you see a snapshot of my master schedule of a packaging item. Because of the usage in BOM (this item for instance contains 6 pcs in the outer carton resulting in a usage of 0,1667 per item) it causes the data in the MS to be hard to read. I am looking for a way to round all to zero digits after the comma. I have tried to manipulate the field “QTY CALC ROUNDING” in the Inventory part section “Weight, Volume and Quantities” but this has no effect in the MS. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great! Best regardsCarlo Koenders

Hello All, Any idea on how to hide a forecast flow in the demand planner for myself? We need to keep these because of history, but I am not interested and prefer not to see them. I tried to do it in the user demand access area but I think it is not possible there.Any idea on how to do this? Thanks and best regards

Hello all, Lately I see the following issue appearing in IFS cloud: Shop orders with header status started and the material status is completely issued and operation status is completely reported are not visible in the MS but they are visible in the screen inventory part availability planning. This can be tricky as then you might release a new shop order to cover. In the attached PDF you find more information and screenshots . I hope you can advise me… Best RegardsCarlo
Hello all,not sure if anyone knows, but is there a way that IFS can reserve only based on full inner carton QTY instead of leaving it to the warehouse employee? For instance, we sell per 12 units in an inner carton, so in case of a partial shipment we prefer to ship full inner cartons. When a customer requests 60 pcs and we only have 39 pcs available, how can IFS help us to only reserve 36 pcs (3 full inners)?

Hello All, I have set up a calendar in IFS Cloud for a vendor, scheduled holidays in the exception and added it to the calendar. Now I am curious on how I see the effect in the Master Schedule as I did not see it yet. For instance if I rule out 4 weeks due to holiday I would expect to see the leadtime being longer. Hello All,does anyone know how make the TEXT field editable in the header of the screen Master Schedule by Part of the to store any remark needed for planning? This custom field was transferred from IFS8 and there it was quite useful in the daily work. Your expertise is highly appreciated!
