Hello all,I cannot see any simple solution too this issue or if it is even possible. The situation is this. If we look at the images, we can see three rows and four tiers between the blue beams. This equals to twelve bins. The problem here is that some pallets are wider than one bin and needs two bins. Borrowing the bin from the next row and tier. This I don’t believe is possible for IFS.An idea we had was, can it be possible if you make one row between the blue beams, instead of three? Any idea is much appreciated or if you know for a fact that it is not possible. I will try to answer follow up questions should you have any. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you all!
Hello all, I am interested in generating an error message when I go to RMB Reserve in shipment. Applicable on a certain Shipment type. I have tried all the ways I know but can’t get it to work. I think I am doing something wrong. But I am simply too new at this to understand why it is wrong. In this case, when Shipment Type = ‘IKE’ and Next step in Shipment Flow = ‘Reserve’. We have found the F1 help helpful, and we understand how it works. The problem is following: Note; if entered here, value will be valid for all external communication, e.g. order confirmation and delivery note. IFS only allow for one Document address, i.e. no separate invoice address!The F1 help shows that below hierarchy is used:Customer contact will be retrieved according to the below hierarchy.1. Hello, We have an “issue” with Purchasing lead time. Now we use a calendar for internal suppliers to exclude weekends. We have this because of a 5 day work week. Most suppliers also have 5 day work weeks and maybe no shipping during weekends for example. We are not interested in setting up or maintaining calendars for every supplier. Is there somewhere to define this instead of calendars to include all or most suppliers to get a more accurate lead time in Inventory Part Availability Planning?

Hello all, I am interested in knowing how or if it is possible to assign a picking sequence for a warehouse bay. In my example I have bay L15, row 1-32 and tier 1-3. I want IFS to start picking from row 32 then 31 then 30… etc. and work it’s way down to 1 because the shipping area is closer to row 32. Logistically that is optimal. Tier does not matter, only row. Furthermore this is a gravitational rack that fits 7 pallets in depth if this information is needed. How do I set up this kind of sequencing if possible?

Hello all, I am reaching out because I do not know where to begin solving this problem. The issue is that a user account is trying to print a Handling Unit Content Label from the Shop Floor Workbench. No print dialog is shown when pressing okay in the last step. The report is not created in the Report Archive either. What is interesting is that from the window Handling Units it is possible to print this report. But, it it still does not create the report in the Report Archive. When I try this with admin access, I get the print dialog, can choose layout, printer etc. and it works as intended. My conclusion is that it might be permission related. Here is where I need help from the community. Where is permissions for allowing a user to print and create Reports located? Or is some other printing/report related setting missing?
Hello,This is my first post here and I’m glad that I found this community. I have a small problem with Time Tracker 10, I believe it’s permission related.The problem is for a normal end user to see Projects in the app. The user can add hours to the Project from Time Registration in IFS 10 EE and then see them in the mobile app, hours and Project name. The user can also delete these hours from the app. The only thing missing now is for the end user to search for, find and add hours to a Project from the app. For me as an administrator it works. I’m guessing because I have more permissions. What is needed to select Projects from the mobile app?Shown in the image below is where the end user can’t find Projects, where I as an administrator can.
