Is it possible to save the settings (sorted by specific fields are sorted for data from a saved filter) in a table view?Example:Select Active Work Orders Define a filter e.g. for a specific WO Site and save the filter After the records are selected, sort column priority in descending order This setting (sorting of filtered data) should be saved as a bookmark or a save filter or ???Is there any possibility save these settings? Same as it was possible in IEE:

IFS Apps 10 Aurena based mWO App on MS WindowsNavigating within back to previous page (arrow in the top left corner) within mWO does not work. E.g. perform the following flow:LogonDashboard: select My WorkMy Work: Select any assignmentBack arrow in the top left corner => previous page My Work is selected is selected => okMy Work: Select any assignmentWork Details: select Time in the navigator on the right and report timeTime Reports: activate the back arrow in the top left corner => previous page is not selected => not ok => Work Details should be selectedIt seems like if a page is selected from the navigator on the right of Work Details and data are entered, the back arrow in the top left corner is deactivated for remaining session.Does anybody have an idea what could be the reason for this behavior?Thx for your supportHarald

The business case is the following:The technician wants to return a serialized part (old part: Parts No is known in the server, Serial No is unknown in the server) in the mWO. The part was never available on his assigned stock (warehouse) and the serial number is unknown by IFS.Situation in mWO:If I open the dropdown of field Part No, I only get a restricted list of parts. In field Serial No it is not possible to add SN which is unknown as a Part Serial. The mentioned functionality is available in IEE.Does anybody has an idea how to handle this in mWo: select all inventory parts and enter a Serial Number which is unknown by IFS, same functionality as in IEE or AurenaThanks in advance
The requirement is like this: mWO users should be grouped and work assignments (work task) should be transferred to mWO users which are assigned to a group. If a user accepts the assignment, it should be removed from all other users. It should be possible to define several groups of users.This sounds pretty much as the pool functionality in our mWO. But if a work task is transferred to the pool, all mWO users which have access to the site of the work task see the work task in the pool. Only the mWO users of a specific group (Team? Resource Group?) should get the work tasks of their pool (group).Is there any possibility to define different pools/groups and how it could be defined in Apps 10 UPD 9 or greater?Thx in advance for your support
In the mWO we have the possibility to print the Service Report. In most projects there is the need to modify this report regarding layout and/or data as it is possible to adapt the reports which are available in IEE or Aurena.Which possibilities do we have to modify the Service Report regarding layout and data which should be printed. Which tool can be used or was used to implement this report?Is thereany other possibility to create a report with an own layout and data from mWO which can be started in mWO. Do you have any idea how to solve this requirement?

I’m searching for a solution for the following E2E flow:Quotation is required to offer work with separated time for travel and work because of different duration (e.g. travel: 3 h, work: 6 h) Accept the quotation and create a work order with work task; for both time planning it may be necessary to offer different sales prices and/or discounts as the price/discount according the customer’s pricing retrieval suggests Schedule the created work order/task and assign it to a resource Transfer the work task to the mWO of the assigned technician On mWO the technician starts travel and when he arrived at the customer he starts work and returns the task to the backofficeAt the end of the process the work order should be invoiced as quoted (confirmed sales prices/discounts from the quotation).Additional requirement: no separate work task for travel and work should be necessary because of too much administration (handling of work assignments in the backoffice and for the technician) and possible
