I’ve started a project and ca new omponent recently using Dev Studio 10.82.6231.10191024. Project internals were generated with a _create_project_root.cmd script.Now the Build Home folder says an index is 11 days old, but some of original component’s entities have changed but I can’t refer to those dynamically. Hi, all!May be someone had the same problem sorting by the Object Id, when identity is alphanumeric.System builds the tree in the following manner: at the top there can be Object with identity L10, then L11,… and at the end L2.But I think that the correct sorting has to be following: L2, L10, L11, …How this sorting have to be configured to match those correct mentioned above?Does anybody have such experience with sorting the objects in equipment objects tree?Could you share your solutions?Thanks!
Hi, All!Customer has the situation, when the route is generated through the several PM Actions.This is possible using the merge functionality.So, user has one work order containing many work tasks from different Pm Actions.For this route maintenance team has to ask for some vehicle to arrive all the equipment objects on the route.Assigning the vehicle to each task separately not looks like the good idea.Is there any approach to do such resource assignment for whole work order or for number of tasks not making a lot of clicks?May be there is another functionality to register vehicle (or any tools) usage in maintenance process for such routes?Or user can register the trip for the route and somehow assign the usage of company's or his own car?The main point here is to map the route with vehicle/tools usage.And, the usability of process also does matter.Thanks in advance!

Hi, All!In IFS applications 10 we have Synchronization Rules with own schedule for each mobile entity.To make the data exchange more frequent we would like to change the schedules minimizing the execution interval.But we are afraid of possible causes for the system.What if we will change the schedules for selected entities (ActiveWorkOrder, JtTask, MobileWorkOrder etc) from once a day to every 30 minutes?Could anyone explain how it can affect the system?What about the system performance? Can it be significantly decreased?What about client/server keys mapping? Can we receive the situation with increased quantity of failed transactions due to not receiving the proper keys in time?We have about 50 active users and about 2000-2500 Tasks per month.Thanks in advance!BR,DANMI
We’re experiencing some difficulties with developing new functionality on mWorkOrder Windows revision.The new entity was added to resource library, which then was successfully deployed to TAS.We see the new entity in IFS IEE and the new entity’ table in local database on mobile as well.All the data was received in local database for new entity, too.Further, our new entity contains the Temporary Client Key.In our case, mobile framework successfully generated this key.But when we try to send the new data record for mentioned entity from mobile client to server we have the problem with “real” server-side key replacement on sync.We’ve got the failed transaction with error ORA-20124: Error.NULLVALUE.Maybe we’re doing something wrong?Or maybe we don’t complete some action in development process (for example, on server side)?
I'm experiencing the problem trying to connect with mWO on Windows to TAS using SSO through the ADFS. Always get error "Environment you are trying to login to does not support openId authentication".All the necessary settings there were applied accordingly to IFS official documentation. All the ADFS redirect URI, Touch Apps redirect URI and so on. What exactly I have to check more?

I’ve started developing integration web service for Apps10 in Developer Studio 10.82, have create a Test.webservice and generated java files. Then I’ve deployed those to a local application server @ localhost and successfully tested some methods.Now my requirement is to deploy Test.webservice to already working remote test environment to check if this service will appear in IFS Interface browser so that our clients could start using it. Unlike one-click deployment to a remote database, application server is only local; at least I had no luck selecting one from Tools/Servers.I have /dist server and services packages compiled, but what would be the quickest and easiest way to deploy those onto remote application server (‘int’ - I assume)?

Hi, All!Our customer has issue on windows mobile client, when user made all the necessary actions with the work task and closed it, but there was no any progress appeared in IEE.None of the failed transaction can be found for this user in IEE.Also, Sync monitor page on mobile client shows "Idle” and the transactions list doesn't contain any. After the investigation we see a lot of Out messages (~11k for about a week) accumulated in IEE and not sent to mobile client back.We, together with customer, restarted the tablet, closed and started the mobile client, but without any success.Is there any suggestion what to do to move forward such amount of accumulated and not sent Out messages? As I see creating the lobby elements there is possibility to choose negative ranges in mentioned element. But it is not possible to view the value if it is negative. Am I doing something wrong? Or it is standard behaviour of IFS Lobby functionality?

My collegue has recently shown me an error in IEE stating that event action (ie. MWORKORDER_4_8) has an issue. When I got into PLSQL code of that I’ve copied the whole statement into Oracle SQL Developer and found an error on the line objversion_:= to_char(&NEW:ROWVERSION); Obvious thing was to enclose &NEW:ROWVERSION in single quotes. So I’ve fixed that and a number of other events too.Some time later we’ve migrated TAS server and redeployed mWorkOrder_4_9_0.dll, browsing the same page we’ve got the same error text in IEE again. All these MWORKORDER event actions were regenerated having the same syntax error. Hi, All!Is there any possibility to cancel/skip the generation of database files related to projections during delivery compilation using _ant_generatedb?Because we have only some small customizations related to entities, but after the delivery compilation we get a lot of unnecessary *.svc and *.cpi files.It takes much time to complete the compilation.And, also, it takes a lot of time while installing the delivery.So, could we somehow exclude projections' models from participating in delivery compilation process?Thanks in advance!Best regards,EPSDANMI
