Triggering Email Notification monthly and weekly in FSM

Hi Team , Can Anyone Suggest Me an idea to achieve  the below requirement . requirement:I need to create  a Schedule Process  which will run during month end .to all the places which request has been created on that Month Add the report as an attachment to the email and send.Report Parameters to be sent :Date from: 1st of that month 00:01 HrsDate to : end of that month 23:55 Distribution List : place email address  I have Created the schedule process for monthly and calling the perform notification MPM in schedule process but the excepted output of the report is not generated since the parameter constraint is not getting applied to report when notification message is triggered.thanks

schedule process to Trigger at Month end

Date Comparison in FSM Web Client

Hi Team ,  Can Anyone Suggest How to add Filter in Search Screen for Comparing two dates . Requirement: Need to Display all the request where created dttm is between From date and to Date in Request Search Screen in Web Client  .I have added the Request User_def_dttm to capture the From date and To Date in search Screen  and added the Condition in UI for Search ,But its not working as expected .Is there any Other Way to Configure This in FSM.ThanksMuthujayashree R

FSM Sync Rule Condition

Hi Team , Can we add cust apparam rule has a condition in sync rule , like I have created a custom apparam for days of site history to be synced , code value = 7, I need to put this constraint in the sync for a view table (site history view), which will sync only the site history of the task before 7 days from current date.so I need to add in the xml to compare the created dttm of task and related task for same place within 7 days . Can anyone suggest the solution for this. ThanksMuthujayashree R

FSM Mobile Sync for Alias Table

Hi team ,  Can Anyone tell me, How to Sync the Alias Table in  Mobile , Like I Have created a part need alias in FSM Smart Client (part_need_alias) . I am trying to sync the same table in mobile by creating a sync rule for part_need_alias , but I did not find any data in mobile . When tried to execute the SQL query for part_need_alias I found table or view does not exists . Please suggest.ThanksMuthujayashree R

FSM Business rule to compare datetime field

Hi team ,  Can anyone tell me ,how can we write the input condition to compare the datetime field with current date and time in Business rule .example : If the expiration date is on or before today date then business rule needs to fire .I tried giving the input condition with less than and now() function ,but its not working. ThanksMuthujayashree R

Input Xml

Sequence Generation /Step Order in Task Steps table in task screen (FSM)

hi team, can anyone tell how the Seq for task step is generated. like when we create new step it starts with 1,2.. etc. which is not unique so when to create another task with new step then it will start from 1,2 3..etcthanks MuthuJayashree

FSM TECHNICIAN PORTAL

HI , I Have Done  Screen Designing and Applied Client Script in that Screen It working Fine  in Smart Client  and web client .But Both screen design and client script  not Reflecting in Technician Portal.Can anyone please suggest, what is the step that I am missing . Do I need to add any function so that these configuration will be reflected in Technician portal.Thanks MuthuJayashree

Initial screen in mobile

Hi ,can anyone tell , how can we set the initial screen in mobile after the person login.example : once  login we get the home menu , can i change it to any other screen . App param:i could see one option in app param where we can set the initial screen in mobile but it is limited to Home or joblist .thanksmuthujayashree R

count down timer in FSM mobile

Hi,can any suggest me , how to configure count down timer in mobile.requirement : i need to display the countdown timer for 3 minutes in a screen . i have stored the time difference in a filed , but i need to display the 3 min in the screen ( reverse count down of minutes -like timer should start 2.59 and end 0.00).Thanks Muthujayashree R

Web Client secondary color change

hi ,can any one tell me how can we change the secondary color and screen color( as indicated with an arrow mark in the below screen shot )in web client , As we do in smart client through Globaltheme .xaml file .is there anymore option to configure the theme for web client except  from the below app param.WEBCLIENT_DEALER_LOGIN_IMAGE. Custom Theme

Hi ,can anyone tell me, how to apply the custom theme in FSM .i have copied the default.xaml and chaged to globaltheme.xaml and provided the primary and secondary color .The globalTheme is deployed in the theme folder.i have even given the path in app param (PATH_TO_CUSTOM_THEMES).But the custom theme is not reflecting .Can u tell me what is the step that i am missing here.Thanks Muthujayashree R

FSM mobile SYNC

Hi can anyone tell me , for real time sync it is necessary to initialize the device   because before i initialize the data is not reflected   in mobile but after  the internalization i get the value. i have taken the person table. person table is a real time syn , where any changes in the person will /should update automatically  . but i am not getting the changes real time.

Hi , can anyone tell me  how to update the record in mobile  .when we create a new screen we are giving the primary table and selecting the fields  for the screen but when we enter the data the data is not stored , it just disappears what is the step that i am missing .

FSM Mobile - data reflection in back office

hi can anyone tell how to reflect the data to smart client or back office . i am wrote a script for mobile using the  setdbvalue(stringformat(“update person set user_def12=’{0}’ where peron_id =’{1}’”,y,personid)); here y and personid is parameters that i am passing . the script executes but the data is not reflected in back office or smart client  , so anyone tell me how this can be archived . thanks in advance .
