Hi,I want to create a delivery for my Apps10 customer but I get the following error when trying to launch the build: “You are not authorized to access the remote build service.” (see screenshot)It is the first delivery that I try to create for this customer and I got no issue when installing the Autobuilder on the BNT envrionment.Any idea on this issue ?Thank youFabrice

Hi all,My customer is migrating from Apps75 to Apps10 UPD12.After the migration the customer imports the permission sets he has already prepared on another Apps10 environment. This has worked fine during the last runs.But this time after the permission set import he gets double entries in the permission set navigator (see attached screen shot).Has anyone already had this type of issue ?Best Regards,Fabrice
Hi,I have a question regarding the way the Oracle job queue processes are used by IFS.I have noticed in other posts the number of job_queue_processes should be initialized at number of IFS batch queues + 5 and that is what has been set up for my customer.But what we have noticed is that even if several jobs are posted in different IFS batch queues they are not all executed in parallel.For example we have 17 queues in IFS and have set up the job_queue_processes to 22 in the oracle database.We had at least 6 queues with several lines in state Posted.But when checking at the execution of the queues we never had more than 3 jobs running at the same time. I know some jobs can be executed very fast but when checking at the latest executed job on some of the queues it could happen that none of the jobs has been executed for about 1 hour.I assume that this is due to the ressources the current executed jobs are consuming and that the database has to be sized correctly but I would like to know h

Hi,I am assisting a customer to set up some monitoring alerts on Ifs application (Apps10).To do this I found we can use the “Foundation1 Monitoring" Task combined with the MONITOR_ENTRY_WARNING event.Have someone already set up this for a customer and if yes for which entries (like invalid objects in database or PLSQL Access Provider) ?Are there other ways to set up alerts from the monitoring console maybe (I am not an expert on this one).Speaking about monitoring console I am searching for a documentation that describes how to plan the cleaning of the application server logs.I heard it is possible to set this up but I don’t know how. Hi,Since we installed 23R1 we have the possibility to create a button linked to a BPA.But we noticed that in this case all the errors will be raised with the same message : If you launch a standard flow with standard errors you won’t see the right message. Instead you have this generic message shown in the screen shot.Is there a way to show the right error message or is this a bug that should be fixed ?Thank youFabrice

I have performance problems in the execution of background jobs for a customer.I have already read all the advices regarding the increase of the job queue processes parameter but I would like to know if I could also optimize the frequency the job queue is checking for new jobs to execute.By default the execution plan is set to 30 seconds but is there a risk to put the queues to 5 or 10 seconds (at least those that do not handle only big jobs) ?
