Hello! I have created a custom field for a logical unit, however when I approve and publish it does not appear on the page: I have tried “Reload Configuration” multiple times to no avail and I’m not sure where to go from here. The page properties does allow for CLU’s and when I check the DB I can see the new CF as well as in the logical unit: Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Chloe
Hello! We are having an issue with a purchase requisition that has pulled through the wrong purchase authorisation rule. We have seen this before where there was an issue with the purchase group however for this purchase requisition there is no purchase group on the PR line. I’m unsure if this is relevant as well but the issues we had previously were with “no part” PRs and this issue has arisen from a “parts” PR. I have tried to recreate this to see if it was a fluke error however every time I try to replicate the PR, it still pulls the wrong rule through. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated Thanks!

Hello! I have configured two new custom columns on the part order tab of the purchase order page: When I added the first column I was able to add it using the column chooser on the below pop-up page: However when I added the second column, I could no longer view the other column on the pop-up or add them back in either. On another (possibly unrelated) note I can no longer amend the column chooser on the pop up either; I wish to remove the “Promised Delivery Date” as shown above, however when I try it just defaults back again. I had read on here a post that said we could not add custom fields into pop-ups however I was able to do so with the “Revised Delivery Date” column and now it’s disappeared. Thank you in advance for any help or advice :)

There used to be a functionality in IFS9 where we could RMB on project transactions and send these transactions as links to other employees within the company.With the upgrade to IFS10, this functionality no longer exists.Is there a way to re-introduce this functionality back into our Project Transactions page? Hello! We have a Project Manager Lobby set up which pulls information using the User ID, however we have a user that has a different user ID that pulls through automatically instead of their own.You can change this field to a different user ID using the area below: However, I have tried to change the user ID back to the correct one and save profile, but it keeps reverting back to the wrong user ID. The user's setup is fine in IFS so unsure where this is pulling from and how to make her user ID the default for this page.Below is the information for this page also: Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks!

I am trying to add attributes into an existing Custom Logical Unit, and I am receiving the below error message when trying to approve the attribute.The attribute is required to pull “read only” information from the header of the page that the unit exists in.
