Purchase Order Receipts on MWO Service App show ALL parts requiring receipt to all engineers and I cannot work out how to prevent it. I thought the PO Receipts should only go to the MWO when the Engineer has the Work Order that the parts were ordered on but it appears all Purchase Orders linked to a Destination Warehouse appear in the Purchase Order Receipts Box. Example, I currently have 250 Purchase Order Receipts showing that I can mark as received but none of them I should be able to receive as they are not mine to receipt. How to we prevent this? Thanks,
I am hoping someone might be able to support me in coming up with a solution.Current Solution:We have Engineers using the MWO Service App. 1 Work Order could be assigned to multiple engineers.Engineers each have their own Parts Delivery Location within IFS.Custom Field on Purchase Requisition pulls the Engr ID from Resources flagged as Task Leader.The system has an Event created that pulls the Engr ID from Purchase Requisition Line, finds the Warehouse and populates the Purchase Order with the Engrs Part Delivery Location. Issue:It is not always the Team Leader placing the Purchase Requisitions meaning in some instances the Purchase Order is populated with the Incorrect Engineers Delivery Address.Need:I want to find a way to pull the Signed In MWO Users Username into the Purchase Requisition Line. So if Joe Bloggs raised the Purchase Requisition on their MWO Device, the Purchase Requisition pulls Joe Bloggs into the IFS Purchase Requisition Line Question: How do I pull the MWO Logged I
All the columns have disappeared from the Remote Warehouse → Users Screen. I am unable to RMB in the grey space to select Column Chooser. When I try it just adds a new record to the screen. How do I clear this in User Profile?Thanks,
We have some Customizations on our Prepare Work Order Screen, such as amended tabs, amended field layouts.When opening Prepare Work Order via the navigator we get the expected layout / view. When opening Prepare Work Order via a Custom RMB from Cases we get the standard layout / view.What do I need to do so the Custom RMB opens the same View / Layout seen via the Navigator?Thanks,

I have created a Permission Set Filter for the following Entities:Work TypeJT TaskActive Seperate but the work types are still showings so I wondered if I had created it incorrectly:
I was hoping someone could assist. We have lots of Work Orders that Engineers order parts for but then when completing the work it is decided that the parts are not required.On the Materials Tab the Material Line still shows a Qty X Required. This causes confusion as it appears that work is still required to fit the item but this is not the case. The Material Line is now not required. We are unable to change the Qty Required to 0 on the line as we receive the below:We cannot delete the linked Purchase Requisition as the part was delivered and invoiced and remaining in Inventory. This also shows in the Budget Information on the Job but again is incorrect as the Part is not needed. How do we remove this being a required material on a Work Order? Thanks,
We have Custom Fields present in our LU PurchaseOrderLinePart that we want to display in Purchase Order Lines for ease of use, management and reporting. How can we do this as PurchaseOrderLine does not appear in the Approved Detail Views and I am reluctant to recreate them all as Read Only CFs pulling from the PurchaseOrderLinePart if I don’t need to.Thanks,
We have some Positions within the GP Structure that have the ‘EXCLUDE FROM ORG CHART’ ticked. I want to UNTICK so they DO SHOW in the Org Chart but when i try I get this: But the Parent Position is INCLUDED so I am not sure how to resolve? I also have 4 Positions that whilst all connected correctly in GP Structure appear unconnected in the Org Chart on Screen? Any ideas?
