When generating the tasks from a contract using PM Contract Manager i get an error in the run log the error states “There is no row at position -1.” i re-created the contract and the results are the same. any idea what this is referring to?
The voucher detail currency always populates to the billing currency of the entire request. however, each NPU & PU have billing currency's on them individually. if we were to bill 1 NPU line to a USD bill to and the remainder to a CAD bill to, it will ignore those and only put what is under the request itself, not the specific line items. is there a way to adjust the voucher detail to take the currency from the line itself rather than the entire request?
RUnning FSM 5.7 (UPD 7) Looking for a way to track user interaction with the system. Within the User record we can see when they logged in and last logged out but we need more. They could be logged in but IDLE all day and not actually working. Any suggestions on how we could pull this data or track it?
FSM 5.7 - The request's Repair Deadline is not updating when the SLA is updated in the Task.Attached example shows a task/request where the priority was changed, updating the SLA.
Trying to find out why this run is stuck in processing. Is there some where that will show me what is holding it back? I’ve deleted and regenerated more than once.
We see mass updates happening all day for 1 record at a time. Based on the user i can have a guess at what its updating but is there anyway to verify exactly what it updated? i looked up the run log ID in the server logs without any results. tried to pinpoint the time in the log but that didnt show me much either.
Im trying to create a rule that brings up an alert when a unit has been serviced within the last 90 days. I figured this could look at the request unit creation date for the same serial number. Looking at how expressions work i’m unsure how to execute this and hope someone in the community can lend a hand.
We are trying to use the aging factoryin our version of PSO but between us and our implementation team, we are unsure if it is performing the way it should.we believe that if an SLA is missed, it should become more valuable from a points perspective.Could someone please outline exactly what is supposed to do and how it is supposed to work? Thanks in advance.
Looking to create a business rule when a request is deleted. Deleting the request also deletes the associated request event data so once it is gone i cannot retrieve it.i attempted to make a rule that activates both before and after delete but none have been successful
Someone triggered a stock count for our entire list of van stock and warehouse. the list continues to generate as we delete each run due to the amount of places we have. i thought deleting the run log would stop it but it did not. Is there anyway to stop this process from continuing?
Can you call a stored procedure using XML or if there are datepart or date formatting functions that can be used in XML?
i’m really stumped on how to put together this business rule. basically if a piece of equipment has been service more than 3 times within the last 30 days, we want a pop up alert to notify the user of these details. This would be before insert of a request (or after if that works best) It would be similar to how when you create a request for a place that has existing service calls
In our stock search screen. The allocated number shows as zero. However if you click the link you will see that there are 3 requests that have this part allocated
There is a similar question in the community hereHowever, i have replied/tested out what was here for Work Tasks and havent been able to get the same result.I entered the following into the Navigation URL of the element designerpage/WorkTasks/List?$filter=Objstate ne IfsApp.WorkTasksHandling.JtTaskState'WORKDONE' and LatestStartTruncated eq #TODAY#and receive the following error IFS Web Version: 23.1.3.20230705170642.0Date: 2024-03-07T15:30:26.049Z---------------------------------------------------------------------------WorkTasks/List (server error)Malformed Request.Error details: [{"code":"EXPRESSION_PROPERTY_NOT_IN_TYPE","message":"The property 'LatestStartTruncated', used in a query expression, is not defined in type 'IfsApp.WorkTasksHandling.JtTask'."}]Request Id: 52783eec-c241-4f02-b0d0-166427301f7fUrl: https://pdip8uw-dev1.build.ifs.cloud/main/ifsapplications/projection/v1/WorkTasksHandling.svc/JtTaskSet?$filter=(Objstate%20ne%20IfsApp.WorkTasksHandling.JtTaskState%27WORKDONE%27
