Hello,We are using IFS Aurena.For many of our Accounts CRM or Opportunities, we have 1 Main Representative and 1 or more additional representatives.Could you please show me a way of displaying the list of Opportunities - or Accounts - where I am identified as the Main Representative or simply as a Representative (not being the main)?So far I only managed to find a way of listing Opportunities - or Account - where I am identified as the Main Representative.Thanks a lot
Hello,On the Representative 360 window, there is checkbox “Only Not Accessible by Representative” which is there in IFS Apps 9, but it is not available in IFS Cloud. Any idea if it was officially removed and why?
We are using IFS Cloud 23R1. We have a customization that looks at the Business Opportunity Revision and performs a function based on the Active revision. If the user forgets to select the Obsolete slider when creating the new revision and has two or more Active revisions, the custom action can’t perform the action. I don’t see a way to change the revision to Obsolete after it has been saved. Has anyone else come across this problem? Has anyone created a custom action to change the status of a revision?
When we set up a customer, we assign a Main Representative to the customer. This representative had visibility only to his customers using the CRM functionality.When we receive an order from the customer, it is entered through our customer service group. The customer service person who enters the order is set as the Main Representative for this particular order.This means that the Main Representative for the customer has no visibility to the customer’s orders.Is there a way to automatically add the Main Representative on the customer record to any customer orders created for that customer, so they will be able to see the order?

Journal in BO is not showing if Sales Quotation is created as in BO history tab in IEE. Neither is there a link to Sales Quotation as in IEE. We have Aurena version 10.11.Is this implemented in a later revision?
Hi,I have created a sales process template with actions for Business opportunities.In my action I am using custom fields, but in Aurena these do not show correctly.As you can see I have two custom fields ‘Public\Private’ and ‘Sector’ under actions that require the end user to enter the data.When you select sequence 30 and click ‘Enter Data’ you get the following:On a non custom field it displays correctly: How do I get the custom fields to display correctly? Hello,Is anyone familiar with the Business Type field on the Business Opportunity header? Do you know if there is a setting somewhere that allows you to choose either to be the default? The two values are New and Recurring Do you know if there is any connection between Business Type and any other field that would change it from New to Recurring based on a user action? Other than the user intentionally selecting Recurring? It seems to default to New but in some cases it has been set to Recurring. We’re not sure how it would be set to Recurring since it is hidden for our users. Do you know it’s general purpose? I have tried to find some description of it’s function in the documentation but haven’t been able to locate that information. Thank you,Joann
