When you are off line (sync or WiFi turned off) and need to log in again to the FSM mobile client, it doesn’t work if your user is defined to use SSO. Perhaps there is a missing token?Have any of you guys encountered this issue? I haven’t been able to test in an ref environment since as far I as I know none is set up to use SSO. Customer is on FSM6 Update 4.

Hi Experts,What is the proper process for adding an index to a baseline FSM table? For example, we may need to add an index on the User_def2 field on the table, ATTACHMENT. What is the process? Do we add the index ourselves with the knowledge that any FSM updates/upgrades in the future would most likely remove this index? Or do we submit a ticket to CS to have them add the index? Thanks in Advance !
Need to see the IOS server log from FSM application. Where we can see the log, if IOS mobile application glitch found.

Hi experts,One of our customers is in the process of setting up push messaging for FSM. According to the documentation an azure notification hub needs to be created for this. The customer would like to know the pricing tier to choose for this. Would the free pricing tier suffice? Is there are a recommendation for this?
I am looking for a way to send an XML perform batch through Postman to the M5 service rather than using the FSM Utilities tool (since Postman has some extra features that are really helpful for troubleshooting and testing). Has anyone found a way to use Postman to successfully post messages?I see that the utility tool uses WCF or REST, but after doing some research I found that WCF REST is different than the former two and may potentially allow HTTP GET and POST functions to work with the XML perform batch via enabling WebHttpBinding class.Has anyone used Postman to send an XML perform batch to the M5 service or something similar?
Dear all,In FSM (version 6.5) we have images stored in the metrix_image table as Byte[] Array (on the image field).Does anybody know how to get this image bytes from the record by using the endpoint API?Thank you very much for your support,Istvan
A customer wants to audit function for all key columns in all tables, which they believe will cause performance issues. From the help screen under Audit/Extract in the smart client, it states;"The audit process records information you specify and stores it in a table named metrix_audit that you can access with any program that can access your database. This information is transactional in nature; it includes the person who made the change, the time and date of the change, the type of change, the table and field changed, and so forth. You can create as many audit sets as you need. You must create a set for each FSM table you want to audit.”Even though it says that you can create as many audit sets as you need, can we assure the customer that they will not have performance issues?
