Hi @Danny If the amounts of customer order lines, which are in the same consolidated group, sum up to a value which exceeds this amount, then the charge price of connected freight charge lines will be zero and the charge cost will be calculated as usual. The freight free amount applies to customer orders. If you’ve seen this for the first time, it’s better to raise a support case for this issue.
Go to the planning data tab for the inventory part on the sub-assemblies you don’t want to build at that level. Change the Planning Method to P for Phantom, this will bypass that level and effectively flatten the BOM. You can do this at any or all levels except the top one obviously. The routings are only required at the level you build.

When this order is missed it cannot find the location correctly.When you are creating this order please be aware of the order, then you can get location correctly.
HI @ewats IFS allows you to save the Customer Order with a Wanted Delivery Date that is sooner than the Expected Lead Time. But it updates the Planned Delivery Date, Promised Delivery Date and Planned Ship Date with the correct dates considering the Lead Time when the Availability Check box is checked. How about try and link the un-attach and attach processes together and send part value between them.?
We are using IFS Application 10. I do not know of a built-in notification when an inventory part qty_onhand goes to zero. I believe you will need to create a custom event and action to perform the task. You could setup a custom event on the InventoryPartInStock logical unit set to trigger on a change. I believe the event action will need to be a PL/SQL action and you’ll need to create a procedure to determine the qty_onhand and then send the an email to the individuals who require the notification.Below is a query we created in a quick report to produced a Part Availability report that we export to Excel. I’ve added the UPPER(ip.PART_NO)=UPPER('&PART_NO') to the query below so you can just type in a part number instead of running it for all your active parts.
