Figured this out. For anyone interested I had to navigate to the “Add Investment - Progress” screen, find the transaction, right-click “Activate”. The status of the object transaction then changed to “Ready” and I was able to pull it into the depreciation proposal.

@Thomas Peterson this was fortunately setup in TEST. I will have the environment reset shortly to revert back to original setup. I did have all of the setup you highlight above complete but was still getting an error so I ended up going to voucher type and changing the related voucher so that it only posted to GL and it worked.

I would preferably like to revert to whatever setup I had previously instead of setting up internal ledger accounting periods.

I believe I just found the reason why I can’t find any accounts. So I suppose I have to create a duplicate account for budgeting? Why/How is this practical?

Hi Sheri,This is related to Posting type PP22.The control type is AC8 - product line. The account for PP22 requires a product line but none is populated in the voucher and I am unable to add one in the voucher entry screen. Thanks,Dennis M.

I did try that but received the below message.To be clear there are no vouchers in the hold-table (update gl vouchers screen) there are only vouchers in the approve vouchers screen, which I assume is considered part of the hold-table.
