Hi Mathias, We are using APPS 10 and Aurena. What we are finding is there are only a few times when a user checks in a document the user gets a “success” message in Aurena but no documents are attached. However, when I check in the same document in IEE I get both an Original and View in the File Refs tab. So it seems the PDFs that create both an Original and View are the problems. The majority of the time when a user checks in a PDF document in Aurena it is successful and only an “original” is created.
Hi, Thank you. This was a big help. This is now working for us. Best Regards.Chris
I got it to work. I had to visit the Chrome Store while using MS Edge and install the Aurena Agent. Thank you for the help Kasun.Chris
Hi Again, I was able to install the Arena agent and now the local printers are available but only in Chrome. The local printers are not available in MS Edge. Is that normal behavior that Aurena agent only works with Chrome? From the IFS Add On page it only references Chrome so perhaps this is correct.
Thank you Kasun.
Hi,Thank you for your response but I am still having the problem. I setup a test user and the only permission set I granted to this test user is FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN. However, when I sign on as the user the lobby “My Self Service” or any of it’s dependent menus are visible. Below is the only items the test user has access to after making FND_WEBENDUSER_MAIN grant.
Thank you. I will check this out.
Hello ShawnBerk - I’m reviving this old topic again. We are in the development stage of modifying the standard laser print layout. Our developer is having some trouble locating a suitable location to download (and possibly purchase) the MICR E13B font. It appears we have to make sure the font is properly licensed for embedding in PDF documents, as well as for use at both the client and report side. (Per IFS Technical Docs )Do you have a recommended site where you purchased the font for use in your check printing process? Thank you
Thank you. Do you load the font micrenc.ttf in Solution Manager/operational report\Report Fonts or some other location? Thank you
