Hi @DerekD, As I’m aware, there’s no clear direct way to achieve your requirement from IFS applications side, unless you have the database level access or may be the business reporter function as you have suggested. But, having said that, I can suggest you a workaround which you can try yourself and see whether it works or not. But it definitely has some manual work to be done.Generate the report Go to Report Archive Find the correct result key record. RMB → Get Xml Data and save the xml data file. Try to import that to excel (You may need to do some data cleansing steps)Try this and see whether if that helps! Please note that this workaround is suggested only to extract the data for reconciliation purpose. Not an official export into excel.

Business Opportunity auto numbering

Hi @NMALKI, As per my understanding there’s no way to set the starting number of the B.O autonumbering id via IFS application’s interface. However, you can request IFS consulting or a responsible party to configure the next number/min number of the oracle sequence: business_opportunity_no_seq to starts with the number you need (i.e: 100) after a fresh IFS applications installation/upgrade ideally. After analyzing the requirement/request, they can configure that for you from the DB side. In that way, you can achieve your requirement. /Ruchintha

Permission Set Option for Creating/Editing Configuration

Hi @HAYLEY.WILLIAMS, It’s bit strange why it didn’t work for you. I just tested this out in our APP10 standard environment and could successfully enable those RMBs by setting the permission which I have mentioned. And just to confirm, hope you are checking this for a ‘Configurable’ part. CRM sales Process - delete option

Hi @NMALKI, You cannot delete a stage in Sales Process window. But you can define your own Sales process template. In that option you can add/edit/delete the stages as per your need. And then you can copy that sales process template to your sales process and use it accordingly. And as per my knowledge, once the BO is confirmed and the sales process is started, the system won’t allow you to change or delete the sales process set. So it is not allowed when the BO is cancelled too. /Ruchintha

Error message when connecting customer to Price List

Hi @Emma, As per the information you have given, seems like this is not a normal behavior or error message that you should usually get. I strongly recommend you to raise up a case to IFS support to carry out further investigations on this issue and identify the root cause of it. Most probably this could be due to a customization/localization or a bug, if all the necessary basic data setup is correctly set up/configured as motioned by @Sanduni Ranaweera. /Ruchintha

How Can i pass Parameters from a Page to a Filter

Hi @Ruchintha Samararatne i try to create the Navigation Link But Doesnt Work, I do this But When i try to define the Navigation Parameters the Destination Attribute is Empty, i dont know if i need do something else before, Also i have this question for you , where i can see the Navigation Links That i Create because i create some but i cant see in the page or another Area of the Page Designer. In out standard environments, it is possible. For your second question, (where i can see the Navigation Links That i Create?)you can see it in the page designer -> Commandgroups section after you save the configuration like seen in the below screen before published.

Thank you for your reply. Indeed we will use this radio button to only see the valid price. Our issue is when we want to use Excel addin to update prices overwhelmingly it’s impossible because in Excel Addin all the lines appears (past price and valid price). But I’m just wondering if that, it isn’t feasible to add a date filter from ‘Valid To’ column (like in MS Excel) and filter the records in your Excel Addin. Just a thought! Custom field saving on Register Purchase Order Arrivals

@Ruchintha Samararatne ， Hi Ruchintha, I guess I didn’t explain very clearly. My purpose is to add a new field on the Receive screen and the field can be saved to purchase order receipt table or lot batch master table. Currently I added the field to the table purchase_order_line and I can see it on the screen, but it was not saved to any tables now. I think this is because once a receipt is being saved the receipt information will be handled and then saved to some tables but obviously the new filed was not handled. But if I add the new filed on purchase order receipt or lot batch master screens, the new filed will not appear on Receive screen. Not sure how to handle this case, could you give some clues? @Sangeetha Jayamaha , thanks. I do see the custom field in the view ifsapp.PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_NEW_cfv, but purchase receipt is not saved in this view. Once I complete a purchase receipt registration, the data should be saved to other tables, so I can query it in this kind of tables. But currently I can’t find it in the view ifsapp.PURCHASE_ORDER_LINE_NEW_cfv as it just shows the purchase order lines to be received rather than purchase receipts. Hi @eric.sun, If you want to query the purchase receipt related data, you should join the view PURCHASE_RECEIPT_NEW with the relevant keys in order to get those data as well. /Ruchintha Samararatne
