Dispatch Console error - 404 not found when loading map

For Cloud customers, if the issue persists, you may need to do the following:On any affected laptop or desktop, open Windows Explorer Browse to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp Find any directories named similar to eo.webbrowser.cache…… and delete them In the Employee Portal, click Catalog -> Options -> Cache Memory: Clear -> Delete Browser CacheIf you cannot see the AppData folder shown in step 2 above, you will need to click the View tab in Windows Explorer and check Hidden Items and this will then become visible.

Tip for On Premise Alliance Customers Importing to v15

Phil, you mentioned that you can download log files (if you are saving logs to file system and not database). I have a customer reporting that for Type: Import they are seeing all of the Actions enabled, but for Export, only Download Data File is enabled and for Type: Report, none of the options are enabled. They are also reporting getting an error: SYS160. System failed to download the file. I would like to understand the functionality with respect to what options should be enabled for each of the Types. Thanks!

Kathy, your understanding is correct. Customers on the versions 11.5 and earlier will not get this fix. You can raise a T&M request if needed, but, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide solution for older version.

Service bulletin - Google Maps Alliance Dispatch Console

Kyle, the next scheduled Hot fix for V15SP1 is HF13 and it is scheduled to be released on November 30. But we provided a good workaround for this issue to pin the map and also we sent a local fix that can be installed on machines of Dispatch Console users. Please let us know if any further questions. How to access all modules in Alliance Browser (Tip)

I agree with Reid’s comment. I do not think that granting user’s Customizer permissions when they should not have it, is a good solution. Usually, organizations limit this access to a few users.

Hi Shane! I do not believe that this functionality changed in V15.2, therefore, I think it may be a bug, and that you may want to open a ticket with Support to investigate further.

Two very handy modules in Alliance; Order Locator and Item Locator

Recently, the same question came up a couple of times regarding the Order Locator module…ISSUE / QUESTION: Why are the Status (From) and Status (To) fields not enabled to allow the user to filter by?ENVIRONMENT: Alliance ProductAUDIENCE: Internal / ExternalRESOLUTION / ANSWER: This is because order statuses are determined by Order Types within the Order Type table. For example, a Service Order is associated with different status than a Sales Order or a Repair Order, etc.When accessing Order Locator, the Status (From) and Status (To) fields will be disabled (grayed out), until you select the Order Type. Click the dropdown on the Order Type field to see the list and select. Once you select the Order Type, the Status (From) and Status (To) fields will become enabled so that you can filter by them.
