Hi,Since you are transferring the part to a different site it is allowed. Change the part type in Engineering Revision Transfers page prior to assigning the part for transfer. Since you have already assigned the part for transfer, go to Detail Transfer and cancel the job. Then go to Engineering revision Transfer Actions and set the “PDM Preliminary Rev. Change ” to “Not Changed”.The part will again be visible in Engineering Revision Transfers page for the site. Change the part type to Purchase (raw) and assign for transfer again. This would allow you to transfer the part as Purchase (raw)
If you are looking for an Exchange functionality , it’s possible to exchange parts using CRO.Two separate exchange lines have to be created for exchange code single exchange for each customer in order to achieve it though.
You cannot receive a part that already in inventory to inventory again from any order. You’d have to issue the part from inventory prior to receiving again
Check the part serial record for the part and serial that you are trying to receive from the disassembly shop order. It seems like it is already in inventory.
When you manually peg a disconnected repair order to a different work scope, interim orders from the original work scope gets removed(cancelled). Is that what you have observed?

To move reserved shop order materials you can use Move with Transport Task option in Inventory Part Stock Reservations page. You can select multiple lines and a single transport task will be created as a result. For the option to be enabled, you have to set Moved Reserved Stock option to Allowed in Site/Inventory tab.

Hi,The exact issue is not quite clear to me.But you can setup cost sources and cost source indicators in Cost Detail Basic Data to track cost sources of components used in producing a part. Cost sources only work when you use actual costing. Champika
Is the disassembly of components done through work order returns? If it is not necessary to tracked the parts in as-built structure of the parent, I think it’s possible to just issue the parts back as work order materials.If you are open to use of multi-level repair shop orders, both disassembly and re-assembly with updates to as-built structure is possible.
To create a purchase order of receipt of parts to be repaired, a supplier should be defined connected to the customer of the component repair order. Connection can be done in Supplier/Purchase/General tab.Please refer to the attached screenshot

Receive of MRO shop orders is a bit complex compared to receive of a regular shop order.For example, receive of a disassembly shop order involves receiving several disassembly products , position parts, alternates or partial parts. Therefore, receiving of MRO shop order has to be handled through Receive MRO Shop Order page.
Hi,You can use multilevel repair shop order for this requirement given that parent top item is a multilevel tracked part and an as-build structure exists for it.To create multilevel repair shop orders by default for multilevel tracked parts, select Create Multilevel Repair Shop Orders option in Site/Manufacturing tab. To create a multilevel shop order when the above setting is not selected, select Multilevel Repair check box in Shop Order/Details tab when creating the repair shop order.
