Thank you for the steps. I was able to complete the process successfully in our test environment. Is the Requisition conversion to PO a required step? We currently are creating the Purchase order manually and not updating the Requisition at all.
Where would I find the “functional flow setup” to review?
Would the Stops on the order type be preventing the completion?
All of this is being done in our test environment. Customer order created with lines containing parts with Supply Code of Purch Order Dir,order type is INT which has a stops on Release Order, Print Order Confirmation, Reserve Order, Print Pick List, Report Picking, Deliver Order events shipment type is NE which has Stops on Reserve, Print Pick List, Report Picking, Complete and Close Shipment events, there are no stops on the Customer order eventsRequisition is automatically created for the part.Purchase order is created from the Requisition.Parts are received using the Register Direct Delivery screenPurchase order lines are automatically closed
Is there a difference in the process if the customer is Inter-Company?

Hi Piyal, The only thing showing on the order line is the release and requisition creation.
We are currently using APPS10 Aurena. Looking at the Document Revision, Objects tab. Trying to determine who can add records to this tab.
Thank you John, that is exactly what I was looking for. Sincerely, Deb
The methods reference using the invoice date or the Installment Due date. I understand the invoice date, but not the installment date, where is that found or how is it determined?
Thank you very much.
Can you tell me the specific area for the customer credit information?
Thank you so much, that is exactly what I was looking for and I would not have found the correct table. Sincerely, Deb Jensen
Reopening the application does show me the fields, but no data. Now I wonder if that is the right field. We are trying to identify which invoices do not have attachments. In the screen shot the highlighted one DOES not have anything attached. Other then clicking the paperclip on every single one, who can get a list of those invoices without attachments?
I am trying to find which supplier invoices do NOT have attachments. IS the invoice_attachment the correct table?
Also, who do I tell which fields are BLOB/CLOB?
I tried that select statement but am still getting an error.
It would also be beneficial to include the create date and time, so the user can tell which documents are the newest or oldest.
Hi Thomas, We are using the Customer Credit Tab for the Parent / Child relation ship. But we also have some customers where the invoice goes to another location. Just trying to determine the hierarchy for the credit limits and if one is necessary on the child.
We are looking specifically at the Credit Blocked flag on the customer master record and how it impacts the Parent / Child relationship.
Thank you all for the information it was helpful. turns out we were missing the company on the default delivery address.
Thank you for the information, that clears things up for us. Sincerely, Deb
